Bright 77 sqm attic apartment offering charming lake views from the bedroom, located in the lovely town of Siviano (Monte Isola) on Lake Iseo.
Located on the ground floor, this bright one-bedroom apartment is the third unit in a 7-flat complex, only 5 minutes on foot from the city centre and its main services.
The apartment opens onto the day area, fitted with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, which comes complete with modern appliances and plenty of crockery, a wooden dining table with elegant chairs and a living corner with a leather full-size sofa bed.
The night area is composed of a double bedroom - located on the attic - with a window offering ample views of the lake. The attic comes equipped with a wooden bed, a custom-made closet, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a mirror. The bathroom has a spacious shower stall.
Next to the entrance you find a small patio to be used as relaxation corner by the guests and surrounded by a lovely garden. From the apartment you will enjoy incredible lake views.

Places of interest in the area:- San Marco Church, built in the XXIII century and comprising a small monastery, whose ruins are located in the picturesque Rovere quarter;- San Fermo Sanctuary, built on a secluded hill next to the ancient Valeriana road (Via Valeriana);- the ancient ‘Via Valeriana’, which had been the only way to reach the northern territories and the Valtrompia for ages;- Iseo, a refined town only 5 minutes by car from the complex, with an imposing castle and a lovely lake promenade;- Zone, a mountain village well-known for its ‘Pyramides’.
MONTE ISOLA:History, arts and culture: fully surrounded by woods back in the old times, there used to be a pagan temple and a Roman villa on the top of the hill of Monteisola. Later on, the island was conquered by the Venice Republic. A long-standing tradition in one of its districts is the celebration of ‘Santa Croce di Carzano’, where the whole town is decorated with hand-made flowers and pine-tree branches. The event dates back to 1839, when it celebrated the end of the cholera plague.

Monte Isola is closed to car traffic: therefore, our guests can move around the island by bus, bike or on foot. Only residents can drive motocycles. Traffic limitation is one of the reasons why the town was enlisted among the most beautiful Medieval villages in Italy.
How to reach the complex: - Arrival in Sulzano (Brescia) - leave the car in the Gerolo parking (discounted prices for our guests). Address: via Tassano 14, Sulzano - € 7,00/ day.- Go to the pier and take the ferry from Sulzano to Peschiera Maraglio - Ferries leave Sulzano every 15/20 minutes from 04:45 to 23:45 and stop in Peschiera Maraglio. Travelling from Sulzano to Peschiera Maraglio takes 5 minutes (fare: € 1,60 per person - childen under the age of for free; baggage up to 10 kg and maximum 50x30x25cm can be taken on board for free - for bulkier baggage, € 1,30 for each item is due). Upon purchasing the ferry ticket you will also pay the tourist tax (€ 1,00/person, children under the age of 6 for free).- At the pier of Peschiera Maraglio, take the local bus and get off at the stop ‘Sopla’ in Siviano (n. 109) (8 minutes’ ride).
