The former farm comes from the 18th century. Century and was built from the typical natural stones. It is situated in a romantic, absolutely quiet location on an approximately 4. 5 Ha large, with old trees and olive trees, at an altitude of 438 meters above sea level.
True to the motto "small but beautiful", we have restored the house 2008/15, taking into account principles of building biology in traditional Tuscan style with the typical terracotta floors and wooden beamed ceilings, without having to give up the standard today. The windows made especially for our house were made, as was customary in the past, in chestnut wood, but with the latest insulation values.
Sit under the sweeping branches of our walnut tree and enjoy the panoramic views over the hills, the Valdarno and Montegonzi, our neighboring village. The picturesque village of Moncioni (AR) with the "Bottega di Moncioni", a small grocery store with caffè / bar and an exclusive restaurant in the "Villa Sassolini" can be reached on foot within about 15 minutes.
The next two cities Montevarchi (train station) and San Giovanni with various restaurants, shops and weekly market are each about 7 km away. The ideal location in the triangle of the famous cultural cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo, each less than an hour's drive away, as well as the wine growing region of the Chianti Classico, as well as the gentle hills of the upper Valdarno planted with olive trees are at your feet and invite you to unforgettable excursions and sports activities.

If you are an athlete, you can also cycle on the "Strade del Vino" with its famous wineries and castles, such as the "Brolio Castle" or "Spaltenna" in the Chianti area, the "Colli Aretini" and its surroundings.
