The house is very spacious. Â The entrance hallway leads to a balcony mounted stairway up to the four bedrooms. Â Each bedroom has its own toilet, bath or shower and each bedroom overlooks the Kenmare Golf Course to the front or the Gardens & Woodlands to the rear. Irish and International paintings are displayed throughout this wonderful home.
The comfort of the AGA cooker in the well equipped kitchen ensures a warmth and cosiness all year round. Â The house is heated by oil fired central heating. A lovely feature of this property is that there are two log burning open fireplaces, one in each of the downstairs sitting rooms, so the house will always feel homely.
A welcome pack is provided for you on arrival to get you settled in with the minimum of fuss and the least amount of shopping. Â WIFI is available free of charge to all our guests.

Branylochs has five spacious bedrooms, all located upstairs, and can accommodate up to 10 adults. Â
Bedroom 1 - Master double bedroom ensuite with a king size bed and a shower over bath and a dressing area. Â Wonderful south facing views right across to Kenmare Golf Club

There are two cosy sitting rooms with couches and armchairs downstairs. Â Each features an open fire and faces south so filled with light. Â The dining area has a table to seat up to 8 people comfortably. Â
The kitchen is bright and has all the modern appliances you would require for your stay. Â There is a lovely island unit with seating to 4 people in the centre of the kitchen along with an Aga and a regular oven and hob. Â There is a separate utility area which is home to a large American style fridge freezer and the laundry facilities. Â
There is also a small study area should you require it to get some work done or just to read the newspaper!

There is garden to the front and to the rear of Brandylochs and the front faces south so gets sunshine all day long. Â The rear garden is home to a couple of sunloungers along with a barbeque and is the perfect peaceful and private retreat.
Please note that energy is an extra charge to be paid at the time of booking at the rate of â‚¬10 per day for summer months (June-August inclusive) and â‚¬15 per day for all other months.
CHARGES ON ARRIVAL
A cleaning fee of â‚¬120 must be paid on arrival in cash along with a security/damage deposit of â‚¬600 to the keyholder.Â The security/ damage deposit will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with.Â Any breakages or damages will be deducted from your deposit.
Kenmare is known as the jewel in the Ring of Kerry and no wonder with its location between two of the most beautiful touring routes in Europe - the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara.Â These make for very enjoyable day trips from Kenmare.
Kenmare is a designated Heritage Town of Ireland and the town offers a huge selection of places of historical interest to visit.Â Even strolling around the town is itself a pleasure with Kenmare having received awards from Entente Floral and the award for the Tidiest Town in Ireland in the year 2000.Â Â Kenmare was recently awarded the accolade of Ireland's best kept town on the whole island of Ireland and deservedly so!
There is a Playground in Kenmare, thisÂ is a 5 minuteÂ walk from the Town Centre.Â
Killarney is a 40 minute drive and Cork City is just over an hour's drive.Â

Kenmare lies approximately 30 minutes drive from a host of sandy beaches and it has a very pretty harbour from where you can swim, fish or take a trip on the "Seafari Cruise" to view the wildlife in the area.

The Bonane Heritage Park provides visitors with an 1600 metre walk on gravel paths through 5000 years of history while enjoying some breathtaking scenery.Â Bonane Heritage ParkÂ is situated 10Km from Kenmare on the N71 and is open to visitors all year round.
Kenmare boasts two super golf courses.Â TheÂ Ring of Kerry Golf CourseÂ is located two miles outside of the town and offers spectacular views of Kenmare Bay from the course itself and also its newly renovated Club House.Â Dream Ireland guests may avail of special discounted green fees.Â
