What We Provide:
The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. For your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Note that our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and it is likely you may need to purchase some additional supplies during your stay.
One free parking spot in the garage below the building. Spots available on first-come, first-serve basis (no assigned parking spots). 2nd free parking spot in large exterior lot to the north of the building. Parking passes required & will be inside the unit upon arrival. Additional paid parking is available on exterior lot at a rate of $20/day.
3 elevators in building. However, only one elevator goes to the 8th floor where unit is located. Others stop on 5th floor.
A departure housekeeping fee is included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure. Additional/interim cleanings along with linen service may be arranged during your stay for an additional housekeeping fee.
