Welcome to the Irie Mountain Chalet. The Irie Mountain Chalet is set among the tall pines, sweet smelling cedars and Legendary rocks of Idyllwild and is the perfect escape from the city for outdoor enthusiasts and romantic getaways.
The Irie Mountain Chalet features one bedroom and one bath, a cozy living room with a fireplace and flat screen with Netflix, Amazon, etc., as well as high speed Internet. The recently remodeled kitchen features crisp white subway tiles, a dishwasher and range and is stocked with dishes and cookware. The private garden includes a wood stove and gas grill as well as comfortable seating for star gazing or relaxing with a good novel. We also provide a free ‘locals’ parking pass for downtown.
Guests will have complete access to all living areas of the house and yard.
If you have any questions, or just want ideas for things to do while visiting the mountains (restaurants, golf, tennis, biking, architecture, shopping, Salton Sea or winery tours, photo safaris, etc.) please feel free to contact us as we can provide both general and ‘off the beaten path’ suggestions.
We also manage several other 5 star rated properties with rates that range from $149 to $3000 per night and can arrange accommodation for larger groups or corporate retreats at a discount. We also have homes and cabins available in Yucca Valley and Idyllwild that we offer at a discount to our guests in the event that you want to do an overnight excursion to the State Park or local Mountains.
All additional Amenities/Services are payable by check or cash at check in.
Catering and private chefs are available with advanced notice – prices vary.
Our cleaning staff is professionally trained with extensive hotel experience. Daily maid service/laundry is available for an additional charge.
Pool side or in room Massages by a Certified Massage Therapist are available – prices vary.

Acceptance of terms
We are accommodating, easy going and hope that you are as well. By accepting your reservation, you agree to abide by all house rules and acknowledge that all damages, losses or fines incurred during your stay, including those caused by individuals or pets that were invited or given access to the property are your responsibility.
Children are 100% welcome but there are no pool or spa fences or pool alarms at any of our rentals so our properties may not be suitable for younger children/non-swimmers.
Any party decorations or banners need to be hung with removable adhesive hooks or low tack painters tape. No thumbtacks, Scotch tape or holes in the walls or ceilings please.
If for any reason you need to move furniture it is your responsibility to move it back to its original location prior to check out. Please do not place lounge chairs or furniture on any of the synthetic turf or putting greens (where applicable).
Please do not create excessive noise or disturbances or engage in disorderly conduct. Consider how you would want your neighbors to behave in your own neighborhood. A little consideration goes a long way and we ask you to please observe the following City Noise Regulations for Vacation Rentals. Amplified music is not allowed outside of the home. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside of the home). Please, don’t bring the speakers outside – if your neighbors can hear music – you are in violation of the City Ordinance. Please keep voices and pool activities at a reasonable level. Night time hours are between 10pm and 10am. Please move indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and sound easily carries. A call from the neighbors to the City will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door and the officers will issue you a citation if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. So please, keep the noise down and be considerate neighbors.
Maximum occupancy is indicated on this listing (two persons per room/bedroom). If you would like to invite more guests for parties, events or photo shoots pre-approved arrangements are required. All requests for parties events or photo shoots must include the total number of guests and be made in writing.
Only one vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time. Utilize driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle before using street parking. And never block any driveway or street access.
Pets are always welcome but we do ask that you clean up after them and make sure they don't damage any furniture, etc. Pets are not allowed on any synthetic grass areas or putting greens.
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only, although vaping is ok indoors. All of our properties are Cannabis friendly but all smoking rules apply.
Please do not store trash and refuse within public view, except in proper containers for the purpose of collection. If the bins are full please leave any excess trash in the garage or backyard when checking out. Please do not leave trash or recycling at the curb.Get the full listing »
