Unit 317, built in 2007, offers a king size bed in the master with full bathroom (stand-up shower), as well as a queen size bed with full bathroom (jetted tub). A queen pull-out sofa in the living room allows six guests to rest comfortably. Both bedrooms include a ceiling fan and mounted flat screen TVs.
Enjoy lake views from the comforts of the living room which features a gas fireplace and a 56' flat screen LED HDTV, equipped with Blue Ray and Netflix. The living room easily accommodates five guests. Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary cookware, oven, glass top stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator and freezer with ice-maker. Mealtimes can be enjoyed at the dining table (seating for four), the kitchen bar (three bar stools), or in the temperature-controlled sun room (table seats four).
Perhaps the best room in the condo is the sun-room, overlooking the lake with panoramic views of Smith Mountain in the backdrop. The sun-room features windows that easily slide open to the outdoors. The grounds and pool are also within view from this unit.
