This 1920s bungalow is bursting with charm and character. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, it makes enjoying downtown Hot Springs a breeze. Steps from the front door is the new Northwoods Trail, Cedar Glades Trail and Hot Springs National Park hiking trails.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The eat-in kitchen is stocked with everything you will need from pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, coffee, tea and more. There is also a propane grill (gas provided) on back patio.
The front bedroom is flooded with natural light. It has a queen sized bed.
The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with tub/shower and new queen sized bed.
The back bedroom has a twin-sized daybed with trundle that can be raised to make into a king-sized bed. If you do not need a 3rd bedroom, this makes great storage for bikes or outdoor gear.
There's a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need. In the living room enjoy a 50" Roku TV, DirecTV Satellite, DVD player and DVDs (with a Redbox location a block away) and WiFi.
People watching our vibrant community from the front porch is a good past time or if your looking for something a bit quieter, hang out in the very private backyard. We recently added another table, 4 chairs umbrella and firepit.
Red light Roastery is a block away and perfect place to visit for a cup of joe. Bailey's Burgers is just a few blocks away as well as. There are 20+ restaurants and bars in downtown which is just a short stroll down Central Ave.
Uptown is a great part of Hot Springs. It has its own unique vibe with quaint Victorians, Craftsmans and bungalows nestled along tree lined streets. Its steps away from everything you need for a great vacation downtown shops, restaurants, cycling, hiking, and much much more!
Hot Springs boasts amazing outdoor activities with the new Northwoods Trail, LOVit Vista, Womble and Iron Mountain (all Epic rated mountain bike trails), hiking in the Ouachita National Forest and Hot Springs National Park or visiting one of the 3 nearby lakes.
If indoors are more your speed, Hot Springs is breaking into the craft beer scene or try your hand a making world-class wine. Mid America Science Museum, Magic Springs, Oaklawn Thoroughbred Racing, and Garvin Woodland Gardens are just a few attractions to visit while here.
We gladly accept your well-behave pooch under 40 lbs but must know prior to arrival. There is a nominal pet fee of $20 to cover additional cleaning which will be sent as a special request after booking.
