Step inside to find abundant natural light, views of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as beautiful tile floors that run throughout the property. The stunning custom kitchen features granite countertops, new cabinetry, an intricate tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The living area offers free WiFi, a large flatscreen TV, and access to the balcony.
The master suite features a king bed, oceanfront views, a flat screen TV and a stunningly remodeled bathroom and vanity area. Both guest bedrooms also feature newly remodeled bathrooms- one with a tub/shower combination, and the other with a walk-in shower.
Splashing fountains greet you upon your arrival to this lovely complex, which comprises two oceanfront buildings and four buildings that circle a lagoon. Manicured grounds, native live oaks, palmettos, and a lagoon with an observation deck surround the pool area. The oceanfront pool (heated seasonally) has extensive sunbathing decks and a covered gazebo with two grills, counters, and seating for picnics. There are adjacent bathrooms and an enclosed poolside hot tub as well.
Paved walkways lead to two private boardwalks that cross over the sand dunes to the beach. Convenient showers are even available to wash off after a day on the sand.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.
Parking Notes: Parking pass required for each vehicle. No assigned parking. No street parking. Gated entrance.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
