The Tentrr- Clove Mountain Meadow Campsite is in a high meadow at the top of the property. Our land adjoins Mohonk's 11,000 acre land trust with direct access to hiking trails, leading to views of the entire Hudson Valley. Arrive at our 50 acre farm & cross a footbridge over the Coxing Kill creek to get to the campsite. The creek is shallow, but provides a good place to cool off & swim.
This is an exclusive Tentrr site. Tentrr offers fully-equipped individual campsites on beautiful private land.
Our stone house was listed as one of 11 original deeds settled in the famous Clove Valley during the early 1700s. The land is now home of an organic sustainable permaculture farm with beautiful gardens, chickens & beehives.
The campsite is placed on a protected land preserve which is the most pristine area of the property. The land is home to beaver, deer, coyotes, fox, otter, frogs, turtles, great blue herons, owls, hawks & more. The campsite in an open area with gorgeous views of woods & mountains. This is paradise!
This campsite is off-the-grid, offering the chance to relax, unplug, and experience nature! There is no electricity or WiFi, and cell service is hard to come by. You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.
When it comes to bathrooms, this campsite comes with a solar camp shower (that will be filled with water and can be hung anywhere around your campsite you feel comfortable) as well as an outdoor camp toilet (you'll line the loo with a provided CleanWaste bag, do your duty, then remove the bag, tie it off, and throw it in the garbage).
