Beachfront home on Oahu's infamous North Shore. Private beach where sea turtles come to feed & rest right on the sand! 3,000 square foot home with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths & 15 ft vaulted ceilings in the living room. Plenty of room for large families. The house is centrally located on the north shore less than 4 miles away from historic Hale'iwa Town with its myriad of epic shops & restaurants, as well as all the main surf spots including Hale'iwa, Waimea Bay, Pipeline & Sunset Beach.

North Shore Hawai'i Beachfront home, located on O'ahu within minutes of historic Hale'iwa Town & other great areas. The living/dining room was completely remodeled in 2014 with 15 foot vaulted ceilings.

Watch our resident sea turtles play in the cove directly in front of the house. Walk off the property to the immediate east where there is no next door neighbor & enter into your own private setting complete with beach & tide pools.

Surf or snorkel right in front of house, depending on the weather conditions. This is one of the few homes with a fireplace & private gated driveway. Interior indulgences include quartzite stone floors, marble countertops, and teak furniture abound.

This beautiful property is both welcoming & laid-back, making it the perfect family destination or romantic getaway. It will instantly feel like your very own private beach house.! Two sliding driveway gates at the entry gives total privacy & allows for up to 4 cars to park inside the property.

The house has Hawaiian ceiling fans, teak vanities & furniture throughout all living areas. The home features stone & bamboo floors throughout. The many large window doors & French doors form a wonderfully open & light environment.

When you choose to cook, you will enjoy the stunning ocean views from the fully appointed kitchen with modern appliances. When you choose not to cook, treat yourself to one of the many quaint restaurants in nearby Hale'iwa Town or at the Turtle Bay Resort.

Fall asleep to the crashing waves on 350+ thread-count, all cotton sheets with top-of-the-line memory foam mattress tops. Wake to the sights & sounds of birds chirping & the surf crashing from the two ocean view master bedrooms, both complete with California king beds. Your guests will thoroughly enjoy their sleep in their very own ocean view guest bedroom with queen bed & 2 garden view guest bedrooms, one with two full beds & the other with a pair of twin beds for the kids.

The home has a beautiful yard with tropical flowers & trees surrounding it. There is a 12 foot high seawall capped with see-through stainless steel safety wire that adds a very safe & private feel to the grounds. There is a locking private access gate with about 7 steps down to the private beach below.

Relax, soak up the sun in the yard or on the beach, or choose from the many outdoor activities like surfing, stand-up paddling, swimming, snorkeling, kite surfing, kayaking, hiking, fishing & more right in your front yard. Enjoy great tide pool searching directly to the east side of the property & wonderful beach glass & shell hunting all over the beach.

Whale watch from the living room during the winter months & swim with the sea turtles year round. For the slightly more adventurous, swim out to greet the pod of spinner dolphins when you see them passing by! Buy local fruit from the farmers market in Hale'iwa on Saturdays and old Waialua town on Saturday mornings. Go to Coffee Bean & Tea just down the road for a cup of Java or tea.

The north shore is is truly a special area of the islands. If you get itchy for some urban fun, just make the short 45 minute drive to the excitement of Honolulu & Waikiki to enjoy the night life or a little name brand shopping.

Enjoy spectacular daily sunsets, the tranquil ocean sounds, cool trade winds & the incredible star-filled night skies at this charming, comfortable, secure, & private oceanfront Hawaiian style home.

Rental car recommended, but the house is right on the main highway with direct access to public transportation (bus). Bicycle rentals have also become very popular on the north shore, especially with the bike path running from Shark's Cove to Sunset Beach.

All vacation rental homes can be put up for sale by there owners at any time. We always try and sell the homes complete with there booking schedual and market them this way. But time to time, some people buy the home and do not want to rent them. If this occurs, and your rental is sold, will will inform you ASAP and you will be given other home options if available, or you will have all your monies refunded to you less any AIRBB charges we do not control. We take no responsibility for cancelations due to the sale of a home. Please, we recomend always to buy travel insurance at one of the following locations or from any one you want. The ocean near the Island of Oahu constantly changes with the tide, moon phase, time of year, weather conditions and other factors that are beyond any person's control. Agent cannot guarantee that there will be a certain amount of sandy area, nor can Agent guarantee the beach and water conditions during Guest's stay. Guest is hereby advised that the ocean and reefs are inherently dangerous, that Hawaiian waves and currents are much stronger than those existing in other areas and that extreme caution must be exercised by anyone who chooses to participate in any ocean activities.

For Guest(s) own protection, it is strongly recommended that Guest purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is available, and is the sole responsibility of the Guest(s) to secure. -Any owner or guest (s) cancellation must be in writing. An e-mail with confirmation will meet our requirements. If the cancellation is at the owners request a full refund will be made to the guests.
-Should a Guest (s) cancellation occur, and the property is not rebooked, and all monies due have been received, all monies are non-refundable except for the security deposit and the cleaning fee.
-Should a Guest (s) cancellation occur and all amounts due have not been received, and the property is not rebooked, all monies are non-refundable.
-No refunds will be made for late check-ins, early check-outs or no-shows.
Refunds will be made only if the property rented becomes unfit for habitation and cannot be repaired or restored to its advertised condition at the time of occupancy.
-Owner(s) and their Agent(s) will not be liable under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of booked accommodations or services.
-- Owner(s) and their agent(s) reserve right to switch Guest(s) to a comparable rental, based on availability, or offer a full refund to Guest(s) (without any further liability or obligation to Guest(s)) due to an emergency, fire, home sale, overbooking, unforeseen circumstance or natural disaster.

In consideration for the right to occupy the vacation rental, Guest(s) acknowledge and agree as follows:
1.Guest(s) agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and defend, Owner and their agent(s), for any and all injuries, liability, damages, legal fees, costs, and expenses related to or arising from said their use and occupancy of the property.
2.Guest(s) acknowledge that the release and indemnity provisions in paragraph 1 apply to all claims for injury or damage resulting from any cause, including the negligence of any party released herein. Guest(s) acknowledge that this agreement shall be binding on all family members, guests, including minors, guardians, heirs and any executor or personal representative or beneficiary.

I HAVE FULLY INFORMED MYSELF OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY BY READING IT BEFORE I SIGNED IT. I state that I am 18 years of age or older and legally competent to sign this Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement. I understand that these terms are contractual and not a mere recital. I have signed this document of my own free act.


Owner(s) and/or their Agent(s) may, in their absolute and sole discretion, terminate, cancel and/or rescind this agreement and Guest(s) occupancy of the premises and/or retain Guest(s) Security Deposit as liquidated damages, should any of the following occur:
1. Smoking in the home.
2. Pets in the home.
3. Additional guests occupying or residing in the home or on the property. There will be NO ADDITIONAL GUEST(S) without permission from the owners. Only the individuals listed in the Agreement will occupy the house.
3. Parties or events in the home or on the property. There will be NO PARTIES, CATERING OR OUTSIDE MUSIC PERMITTED without the prior written consent of the owners.
4. There will be NO SUBLETTING or ASSIGNING to other parties.
5. Repeated failure to follow the house rules. The House Rules attached hereto are hereby incorporated into and made an integral part of this agreement.
Owner(s) and Guest(s) agree that actual damages may be difficult to calculate or ascertain for some violations or breaches of this agreement by Guest(s). Guest(s) Security Deposit may be retained as liquidated damages for the violations set forth in paragraphs 1-5 above.


Guest(s) is responsible and liable for all damages to the home and property caused by or relating to their occupancy. Please inspect the home upon your arrival. If you notice anything damaged, or any missing or damaged personal property, appliances, or fixtures, please contact us immediately.
- Guest(s) agree to take the property as-is, and sight unseen. Guests are responsible to learn about the area, environment and the normal weather conditions of the rental home during their intended stay. Owner is not responsible for relocating guests once possession of the rental is taken.
- The rental does not include daily maid service, gratuities, car rental, food, liquor, laundry, personal items or the need for excessive cleaning upon departure.
- No landlord-tenant relationship shall be created by this agreement.
- Guest(s) shall incur $50 charge for each lost keys and $100 charge for each lost gate or garage remote.
- Guest(s) staying past 11AM on the check-out date shall be charged an additional nights rent which will be taken out of the security deposit.
- - Owner(s) will in no way be responsible or liable for personal property lost due to theft, flood, fire, unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters.
- Owner(s) or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make necessary or requested repairs.
Owner(s) or its agent(s) may enter the property upon twenty four (24) hours notice to show the property if currently listed for sale.
-Guest(s) agree to inform any and all people, family, invitees, employees or other persons invited or who enter onto the property of the terms and conditions of this agreement, and to monitor compliance with said terms and conditions by any such persons.
--Guest(s) shall be liable for all acts of the family, invitees, employees or other persons invited onto or who enter upon the property. Owner(s) reserve the right to cancel or rescind this agreement if it is found that the guests are conducting unlawful activities, have made any misrepresentation about the nature or size of the group, the nature and intended use of the property, or any other misrepresentation.

House Rules

1.Keys- Please keep a set of keys inside the lock box and the lock box outside the door at all times. There is an extra set of keys inside the house in the drawer next to the refrigerator. Use these keys at all times, and the keys in the lock for emergencies. This way if you lock yourself out, you will always have the key in the lock box.

2.Telephone - There is a telephone and answering machine for your convenience. You need a calling card to make long distance calls, but are free to make any calls within Oahu.

3.Neighborhood Noise Restrictions- You will be in a quiet residential neighborhood please keep noise to a minimum at all times and in particular between 9 pm and 9 am. Please be extra courteous to your neighbors - they all live here and are going to work in the morning.

4.No honking- Please do not honk your horn at anytime or spin your tires when leaving the driveway.

5.Garbage - Pick up is early Wednesday and Saturday. Please put garbage out the night before. Hawaii has curbside recycling. We have three cans grey for trash, blue for recycling glass, plastic, etc., and green for yard trash. All trash must be bagged and placed in grey city dumpster and be within 5 feet from road. Please do this before 6 am on these days or even the evening before. This is essential in order to keep tropical pests away from our home. Failure to remove your trash from the property before your departure will result in an appropriate deduction from your security deposit.

6.Please make sure hoses are turned off completely when you are finished using them.

7.Towels and Linens- We have everything here for you. Sheets, Towels, Beach Towels are all available.

8.When going to the beach please use the beach towels provided. Do not use bath towels for the beach. When returning from the beach, please rinse bodies and feet using the outdoor shower or hose located on the side of the house. Please make sure to shake the sand out of the beach towels and beach mats before coming inside.

9.Wet swimwear: Please do not lounge in wet swimwear inside the house.

10.The gardener comes once every other week to keep our property trimmed and raked.

11.Supplies: We have provided you with an initial supply of paper goods, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry soap and bath soap. Once these are gone, it is your responsibility to provide them for yourselves. Please use only dishwashing detergent in the dishwasher and laundry detergent in the washing machine.

12.A broom, mop and vacuum cleaner are located in the house.

13.Food Stores- There are a few stores to choose from and a Costco for larger items.
•Foodland – Near Waimea Bay, next to Starbucks.
•Costco – Take exit “KA UKA Blvd” off the H2 between Mililani and the H-1.
•Fujioka’s is in Haleiwa on the left side, about 1 mile from the Haleiwa turnoff.

14.TV and Stereo - There is a TV with a CD player and a stereo with cassette and CD player in each house.

15.Games: Games with instructions have been provided for your family’s enjoyment. Please make sure to return all game pieces to appropriate containers for future enjoyment.

16.Other - Iron/Ironing board, washer/dryer, blow-dryer, books, please ask before your arrival if you have any special needs.
