Ocean House 1501 is a three-bedroom, three bath east corner condo on the fifth floor. Under new ownership effective March 2019. Gorgeous Gulf-front views from the 5th floor of Building 1. This is a corner unit located on the East side of building 1 complete with beachfront view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is approximately 1300 square foot with views of the Gulf from the living room and the master bedroom. There is 1 elevator but stairs available for those who choose to walk. Each condo unit has its own balcony separated by a wall from the condo unit adjacent to it.
Family atmosphere with lots of amenities including air conditioning, community BBQ grills, coffee maker, dishwasher, DVD, elevator, Ice maker, Internet/WIFI, Iron and Board, Kiddie pool, Picnic Areas, Pool restrooms, 2 Private Balconies, Refrigerator, Satellite/cable, TV, Vending Machine, Wash, Dryer, zero entry pool which is heated in the winter months, and walk directly out to the beach.
The master Bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors to the balcony shared with the living room. The 2nd bedroom has a queen Bed. The 3rd Bedroom has 2 queen beds. The living room area has a queen size sleeper sofa. Walk out on the balcony from the sliding glass doors from the living room or the master bedroom. Sleeps 6 in regular beds but can sleep 8 if you use the bed in the sofa.
This condo has a fully equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher. Washer/dryer, stove, Dishes, Cutlery, coffee maker, pots and pans. It also has an ironing board and iron.
It also has free wi-fi (wireless internet). It has TV’s and DVD players.
There are 3 bedrooms with either a shower/tub or stand-alone shower. The gulf side master bathroom accessed via the bedroom and/or hallway has a tub/shower combo. The street side bedroom has an attached en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower only. The middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower only. We do not provide hairdryers as people keep stealing them.
This unit has what you’re looking for – either a getaway weekend, long stay or family vacation. We welcome long term or short-term rentals. We love snowbirds. It books up quickly – get it while you can!!
This unit is strictly NO SMOKING!! NO PETS!! Check in time is after 3:00 pm – Check out time is before 10:00 am – NO EXCEPTIONS.
This is a family friendly condo therefore ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD NOISE OR PARTYING is tolerated. You will be evicted immediately with no refund if security ask you to leave. Minimum age to rent is 23.
Please note: Parking is not included. You will be required to purchase a parking permit at the entrance for approximately $25 per vehicle for your stay maximum of 2 vehicles. Parking underneath the building is for owner use only. These things are not under our control and are mandated by the COA not individuals.
We supply 1 dish cloth, 1 dish towel, 8 bath towels, and 8 wash cloths. We do not supply detergents but a dishwasher, washer and dryer are available in the unit.
Ocean House condos are right on the main road. It is a 9-story building with 6 units per floor. It is a 1-mile walk (15 minutes) to the Hangout, restaurants, shops, and the public beach area. Perfect for those who want to walk on the main road or on the beach, but you can walk right outside of this condo and onto the beach within view of your condo. It also has a large seasonal heated zero entry pool with a fountain in the kiddie and small kiddie pool. Unfortunately, there is no hot tub. It has grilling areas and tropical outside sitting areas next to the pool. There are chairs/loungers/umbrellas on the beach available by a third party if you want to rent them or bring your own.
There are golf courses nearby and don’t forget to spend the day in Foley at the OWA Amusement park opened in 2017, or local favorite Waterville USA in Gulf Shores. Also available in Foley is the Tanger Outlets – shop ‘til you drop when it rains. There is always something to do here!
Nonrefundable Cleaning fee $125 required.
We ask for a separate payment of $25 for key deposit made payable to the owner before keys will be mailed out. When keys are returned to us, we will return your check.
Parking fees are not including in pricing. Parking passes will be purchased at the guard building as you enter the parking lot. Passes are $25 per vehicle and a limit of 2 vehicles per condo. Again, parking rules and regulations are not under out control.
Again, CHECK IN – 3 PM CHECK OUT 10 am. ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY CHECK IN AND NO LATE CHECK OUT!
30-day cancellation required. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to your arrival (60 days for monthly quest) you will forfeit your deposit and prepaid rent. If you choose NOT to purchase trip insurance, no refunds will be issued inside the cancellation date range for any reason – including illness, hurricanes, and similar events.
