Ithaca and the surrounding area are overflowing with fun outdoor activities. Visits to waterfalls, spectacular lakes, gorges, the Finger Lakes Trail, microbreweries, and wineries are just a few of the experiences our area has to offer.
Our campsite is located on the edge of a 50-acre field. Our working organic farm is nestled in the breathtaking Finger Lakes Region of Central New York, just a 15-minute drive to Cornell University. Ithaca and the surrounding area are overflowing with fun outdoor activities. Visits to waterfalls, spectacular lakes, gorges, the Finger Lakes Trail (https://ithacatrails.org/), microbreweries, and wineries are just a few of the experiences our area has to offer.
This campsite is off-the-grid, offering the chance to relax, unplug, and experience nature! There is no electricity or WiFi, and cell service can be hard to come by. You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.
When it comes to bathrooms, this campsite comes with a solar camp shower (that will be filled with water and can be hung anywhere around your campsite you feel comfortable) as well as an outdoor camp toilet (you'll line the loo with a provided CleanWaste bag, do your duty, then remove the bag, tie it off, and throw it in the garbage).
When you arrive, you'll follow the map provided to arrive at your campsite. Parking is about a 15 min hike to the tent. Dogs are always allowed!
Whats included at the campsite:
-A large canvas tent with a Queen sized bed and mattress (bed linens included)
-A separate five person pop-up dome tent (set up not included)
-Picnic table and benches
-Outdoor camp shower and toilet
-2 Adirondack chairs
-An outdoor fire pit and a wood-burning camp stove inside the canvas tent
What you should bring:
-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Lanterns and lighting
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory!

While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee when each reservation is booked, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found! After a Camper leaves a site, they should take with them anything they brought in and leave no trace of their stay.
If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Tentrr Camper Manual posted at your campsite (and linked in the pdf below), and you'll be set!
