It is a 5 level villa, built on the original blueprints of 1600 a.C. of a mansion that use to accommodate the Italian embassy.
The house is an old and unique house that was built according to traditional compliances.
The interior design of the house has all the basics elements of Cyclades region, such as low ceiling parts inside the house, many different levels, open spaces and no a/c (it is not allowed to install a/c in traditional houses).
Approaching the property you can see the seperate single room guesthouse, with it own seperate entrance and en-suite bathroom and twin bed.
Next door you can see one of the entrances of the main house and the patio.
As you open the door, on the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen and an open space area with 3 single sofa beds.
There is also, an open space double bedroom with a private bathroom that have access from a 6-step wooden staircase (with no railing).
Also, connected through a wooden ramp there is another private double bedroom with its own bathroom.
Going up another set of 8 wooden steps (with no railing) you go through a traditional "hatch" and see the upper level of the house that also has another entrance (to the street), a spacious living room with a sofa bed and two sofas, a private bedroom with a twin bed, a fully ecquiped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
There, you can also see the veranda, with a full view of the port, the sea and nearby islands.
Going up from the veranda an additional 8-step staircase (with no railing) you get to a smaller veranda with sea-view and a single room with a twin bed, and a small door that gives access to the roof and the washing machine.
