In line with our strong commitment to offer a unique accommodation experience, we are happy to present to you our brand new luxury property, Paulâ€™s Mansion. The Villa is located at Akrotiri peninsula, on a hill opposite of Souda Bay, so you can enjoy all the elements of the Cretan nature: unobstructed views of the quiet blue sea, which is dotted with sailboats and impressive cruise boats, to the snowcapped White Mountains that rise up to the sky. Paulâ€™s Mansion gathers all the elements essential for a unique holiday: spacious indoor and outdoor areas, contemporary design, as well as all necessary amenities. The villa itself covers 300 sq. m. and itâ€™s modern and sleek, mostly decorated in white touches that add an airy, summer feeling to the already breezy environment. The Villa can accommodate 10 guests in its five bedrooms and up to 12 guests in total, if necessary.
On the ground level, the living room area consists of a U shaped, comfortable couch, 60â€™â€™ HDTV and an indoor dining table with a large mirrored table which reflects the light from outdoors giving a spark to the all white space. The large, floor to ceiling windows, offer easy indoor-outdoor access to the pool terrace, while they can be shut with black out rollers in case you wish to rest from the strong light of the Cretan sun. The kitchen next to the living room is open and full of storage space, thoughtfully designed for guests who enjoy long term, self catered holidays. It s fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories and it also has an island counter with stove and an additional dining area. From the kitchen you have direct access to the garden. Also, 3 of the bedrooms are located on this floor, all of which are air conditioned and feature 32â€™â€™ satellite TVs and a king size bed (1,80 X 2,00) with Sealy mattresses, which are heavenly soft and anatomic thus guaranteeing a perfect sleeping experience with a rejuvenating effect. One of the bedrooms has a fireplace as well, while another has an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, while two more bathrooms can also be found on the ground floor, one of which also offers direct access to the pool, so you can also use it when you are outdoors.
Reaching the first floor through the marble stairs, guests will find the two remaining bedrooms of Paulâ€™s Mansion, both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is the epitome of luxury and comfort, it covers 30 sq. m. and it features a walk in closet, sofa, 50â€™â€™ HDTV and a big bathroom with double sinks and shower cabin with hydro massage column. Also, from the master bedroom, you can exit to balcony overlooking the garden, as well as a spacious veranda where a heated jacuzzi can be found and which offers the best view of the whole property (access to the veranda is also possible from the hallway on the first floor).
The 3.000 m2 outdoor area of Paulâ€™s Mansion is beautifully landscaped and it offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation, while in enjoys unobstructed views to the sea, Souda Bay and the surrounding hills. It is the highlight of the Mansion and where the majority of the guests would like to spend their days and nights. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:â€¨
- A 65 sq. m. private swimming pool, 1,50 m. deep. The pool can also be heated upon request with an additional charge of 55â‚¬ per day.
- A variety of furnished spots for relaxing on the pool terrace, featuring a gazebo with sofas and coffee table and 4 double, high quality sun loungers with mattresses.
-Spacious veranda on the first floor featuring a 5 seater hot tub, comfortable day beds and stunning views.
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining table, creating the perfect setting for the evenings with friends and family.
- Î•lectric awnings for shade are available at the areas by the pool, in case you want to take a break from sunbathing.
- Spacious garden with flower, trees and lawn covered areas, ideal for the kids to play.
- Secure parking for 4 cars inside the Villa premises.
- The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance, offering 100% privacy to our guests.
