Welcome to our bright and comfortable house with private garden, located in close proximity to the wide sandy beach of Chrissi Akti with its crystal clear water.
Our house is located in the unique area of Agioi Apostoloi, 3 km west of Chania, where a forest and beautiful beaches promise rest and relaxation.
The single-storey building has two double bedrooms (one with twin beds), a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house has a spacious veranda, a large garden and a car park. Three more people on a sofa bed and a folding chair, a place to sleep. A nice feature of the house are the large windows that flood the rooms with light.
The interior of the house exudes a lot of charm. The cozy living room has a fireplace, each with a wide window and a bookcase on either side.
All rooms are elegantly decorated with small paintings; Living in a handmade candlesticks makes on the ceiling for a harmonious atmosphere.
Our house is furnished mostly with traditional furnishings, many beautiful folklore objects emphasize its unique style.
The living room has also a cozy dining area.
The master bedroom has a large closet and a king-size rattan. The large window offers a view on oranges, a lemon trees and a mandarin tree. The second bedroom has two traditional single beds, a wardrobe, a desk, a bookshelf and a chair. Through the window banana shrubs are seen.
The kitchen is functionally furnished with fitted wardrobes and a dining table and fully equipped. Besides all cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses it comprises the following devices: cooking stove, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and washing machine.
The bathroom is modern in intense maroon and turquoise. This processor comes equipped with a shower, a half bath and a washbasin with practical small cabinets and shelves.
From the living room leads to a wide veranda with views of the lush vegetation of the gardens with flowering plants and fruit trees. The garden offers our guests various attractive corners where you can relax under the shade of the trees. Comfortable deck chairs are available for sun bathing, and even a hammock is available. Children will enjoy the three swings next to the house.
If you want to grill, finds a particularly equipped with BBQ, surrounded by a small herb garden. Once the food is ready, it comes right from the grill on the large wooden table next door. Under one roof of vines offers these ten or twelve people.
Not far from the house there is a small supermarket, a cash machine (ATM), a car rental and a bus stop with numerous local connections. On the main road to Chania, which passes above, guests will find numerous shops.
Although the house is situated in an area with good infrastructure, it has preserved its quiet atmosphere, as it set back from the road is a little and is shielded by the garden.
The beautiful beaches and forests of Agioi Apostoloi are in walking distance and provide an opportunity for many outdoor activities such as jogging, walking, cycling, swimming, beach sports. Or they also simply upload only to enjoy the sunset.
Keys / rules
The owner will hand over the keys on your arrival and are there for you if you need anything during your stay. Pets are not allowed in the house, smoking is prohibited.
We expect our guests wear the premises concerned and our rules do ¬- both for himself and for the next visitor.
Shortly after my degree in mathematics at the ETH Zurich, I started to teach students of middle school. The exchange with them has made me patient and understanding. The living and studying in another country, has allowed me to get to know the customs of other countries. I have always found it exciting to meet people from all over the world. For this reason, traveling is one of my favorite hobbies.
My birth is the small town of Hania in western Crete. I am married for 20 years and have two daughters.
