The large holiday home in the garden street in Butjadingen - Tossens is designed for holidays of families and friends. Whether you arrive with your children or grandma and grandpa in the luggage, you will find sufficient space. Even for a time together with friends, the house with up to 10 beds offers all possibilities. The house is equipped with all the essentials and amenities such as Wi-Fi and SKY.
The outdoor area is ideal for playing, barbecuing and lingering. The area offers many activities that make family holidays attractive.

Quiet location
In the old village of Tossens you can expect cosiness and serenity. The quiet side street is free from through traffic. The "green path" behind the house you reach the supermarket, the bakery, bank, pharmacy and various restaurants within walking distance.

Lots of living space
The house is developed into the rooftop. There are 3 bedrooms and a living-bedroom available. On the ground floor is the large common room with kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. In the attic there are two more sleeping accommodations and a retreat.

Garden & Nature
From the kitchen you can access the terrace and the garden. Through the large glass door and the windows you always have your children in view. Breathe a lot of fresh air, that's possible here. In the morning, when the weather is nice, breakfast can be served outside. In the evening, the sun shines on the grill. In between, the garden may be used or you take a bike or on foot the way through the fields to the dike or the Frisian beach.

PLEASE NOTE
For an occupancy of more than five people, the price is 10 € per night and additional guest added. These costs are included automatically when you enter your data.
A pet is welcome and will be charged at 5 € per night.
Optional services: linen service 10 € per set, towel package 5 €, cash on the spot.
The cost of security deposit 150 € and final cleaning 80 € are due upon booking. If there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded after final cleaning.
