After a walk of only 700m you reach the colorful and lively spa promenade with numerous cafes, restaurants and small shops that invite you to browse. Also the center with a contemplative pedestrian zone, various supermarkets, bakery branches and pharmacies is reached after only 800m. The perfect location for a relaxing holiday by the sea!Living Your holiday home with about 100m ² has enough space for up to 5 people and awaits you surrounded by a secluded garden. Swing up the few steps and open the door to the entrance area, you will already recognize the unusual character of this domicile. The bedrooms are all at ground level, while the living area is upstairs. A private garden area with a furnished terrace, as well as a generous balcony with Baltic sea view upstairs provide for wonderful open space al fresco. EC: From the hallway you reach the right hand in the first of the three bedrooms. A cozy, restrained playful children's room with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), 2 wardrobes in the maritime beach hut style and various children's books and games welcome the little guests friendly. One door further is the second bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm) and chest of drawers. Both rooms have direct access to the terrace (south orientation) and thus into the garden. Through the patio door falls soft and bright sunlight, here you wake up happy! A few steps further down the hallway, the third bedroom is quiet and quiet to the rear. A comfortable double bed (2x90x200cm) ensures cozy nights and the spacious wardrobe easily takes on any holiday wear. All bedrooms have exterior blinds and are therefore completely darkened.
