This apartment impresses with its large, combined living-dining area with fully equipped, integrated kitchen. From here you also have direct access to the terrace and to the garden. The apartment has three bedrooms and two shower rooms with underfloor heating. The modern equipment of the apartment will convince you as well as the large smart TV in the living area. A flat screen TV is also available in one of the two bedrooms.

The guest house with its three apartments is located just minutes from the popular South Beach and is located in a preferred, quiet residential area. You have quickly reached shopping and the wave pool with spa facilities. The promenade is also within walking distance, which will take you to the center and the pedestrian area with numerous cafes, restaurants and nice shops. The guest house was completely renovated in 2013, renovated and with a lot of attention to detail. The conversion measures were completed in May 2014. The large and lovingly landscaped garden invites you to relax. There is a lockable shed available to our guests, in which you can accommodate your buggy or carts. Washer and dryer and iron and ironing board are also available to guests.
