The thatched cottage is situated in an idyllic and quiet location surrounded by a large park-style garden, from which you have a wonderful view over the surrounding meadows with grazing horses, to the Wilseder Berg; no house disturbs the faraway places. Under old trees, surrounded by rhododendron bushes and flowers to the house nestled in the thatched half-timbered house of the owner.
From the house it is not far to the nature reserve Lueneburg Heath, with its extensive hiking, biking and riding trails. To the east begins after a few minutes, a large deciduous forest with tall trees.
In which direction you also take your trips to the Heide: You will find the moorlands here in their original form, with the typical juniper bushes and birch trees, the sheep barns and fences bees.

The rooms are bright and comfortable, despite the typical beautiful Reetdachs: below the cozy living room, the equally cozy dining area and the kitchen. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms; a double bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed and a pullout sofa in the living room (EC) are available. The bathroom has shower and toilet; a hairdryer. Another toilet is downstairs.
Moreover, in the living room look a piano available.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need in your vacation - just cook and wash you must unfortunately even if you do not want to go in one of the many fine restaurants in the surrounding villages.

Here you can stroll to your heart's content or go to the Salt Museum and the Textile Museum in Lüne monastery. Celle, a little further away but is also a worthwhile destination with its medieval center, the Renaissance castle and its famous Celle stallion parade; 200 stallions stand in the stables of the local stud farm.
