The apartment has 141 sqm and is spread over 2 levels. It is designed for an occupancy of 4 (+2) persons. The basement offers two bedrooms, which are equipped with a comfortable box spring double bed (1.80 m wide and 2.10 m in length) and a flat-screen TV and a closet. One of the bedrooms is directly connected to a bathroom. Another shower room and the large sauna (Inipi B by Duravit with dimensions of 2.37 m x 1.19 m) can be reached via the corridor. Both rooms have access to the terrace with plant garden.
The upper level comprises the spacious, open living and dining area as well as the fully equipped kitchen. An additional closet in the living area offers more storage space. A small guest toilet and a balcony to the north complete this apartment.
The sofa bed in the living room (1.70 m wide) offers two additional sleeping places.
In the summer of 2019, the White Pearl Resort opens in one of the best locations on the Timmendorfer beach. The building itself has been around since 1994. In 2018/19 it was completely gutted, completely dismantled and refurbished except for the shell.

The beach access is located diagonally opposite the complex across the street. The distance from the resort to the beach is about 150 m.
