Comfortable double bed (canNOT be split to twins) with two innerspring mattresses and duckboards. Each side of the bed provides a night side table with a radio alarm clock for each guest. Bed linen provided.
Two sofa chairs with a multifunctional table allow excellent dining.
Big TV screen, DVD and CD player, radio, and high-speed internet up to 35 Mbit/s download and 5 Mbit/s upload.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, even for longer stays: stove, microwave, toaster, kettle for hot water, 3 different types of coffeemakers. Our aim is to create a home away from home, so a wide range of kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, and cutlery.
A hand towel, a kitchen towel, a sponge, a cloth, and dish washing liquid is provided.
Lots of space, bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine. A drying rack is provided. You shall also find a hair dryer with lots of power and towel hanging space.
Hand and shower towels as well as soap are provided.
Super-size wardrobe with lots of shelf and hanging space.
You find two chairs and a table outside. When it's getting a bit chilly, feel free to use the blankets provided (stored in the hallway's wardrobe).
Kids and extra bed policy.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request free of charge. Plastic cutlery, plates, and cups are in the kitchen.
Children up to four years stay free of charge, Older children count as adults.
No extra beds are provided.
Please use the sunny communal green space in the courtyard. Swing and sandpit provided.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
The apartments are non-smoking. Smokers can enjoy the fresh air on the balcony. Please keep the balcony door closed while smoking outside.

The spacious lift offers a step-free access from street level and underground parking.
Private underground parking space upon request and availability.
Street parking is managed by the City of Berlin, i.e. it costs money.

The house is precisely located on the former Berlin Wall that divided Berlin from 1961 to 1989. The "Berlin Wall Trail" markings can be found right outside the house - follow them to explore Berlin's history. Inside the apartment, find historic local photos of before - during - after the Berlin Wall.

"Museum Island", Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz are all within a 15-minute radius.
