Our 3BR/2.5 BA Frisco house welcomes you to the mountains with stone fireplaces, dramatic views of Mt. Royal and Peak 1 of the Tenmile Range, and a year-round hot tub on the patio for soothing hardworking muscles. Listen to the sound of the ten-mile creek from the patio as you soak in the hot tub and take in the views.
Quaint, bustling Main Street Frisco is a 3-block walk away. And for active guests, the Frisco/Summit Country Recreational Path—a 55-mile, car-free path that’s loved by joggers, walkers, and bicyclists—runs right behind the house!
INSIDE THE HOUSE
A beautiful vaulted ceiling warmly greets you in the living area. Earth tones combine with a large stone fireplace and overstuffed couches and chairs to create a cozy seating place for 6-8. Snuggle up and watch the fire…or use the telescope for night-time stargazing. A flat screen TV in the wall unit provides even more entertainment!
The dining area, just behind the living space, has table seating for a 6-8 person feast. Or eat outside: sliding glass doors lead to the patio (and those mountain views!), and another dining table that seats 6. Dual grills (one gas, one charcoal) are on hand for your BBQ favorites!
The decor in the lovely kitchen matches the wooded landscape just outside. A small alcove in the kitchen has a table and 4 chairs and looks out to the trees and Buffalo Mountain. This meal-ready space includes all appliances (including gas range and dishwasher) and cabinets stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and everything else you need to cook.
The large master bedroom has more vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, a queen pull out sleeper sofa, and its own stone decorative fireplace. French doors in the master lead directly to the patio, so you can be the first to hit the hot tub after a day on the slopes or trails! The en suite master bath boasts a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a cozy queen size bed and a Crate & Barrell Reston sofa that can easily convert into either an additional queen size bed, or two twin beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds (which can be converted to 1 king size bed). The second full bathroom is upstairs and has a glass door shower/tub combo.
When the mood strikes, step out onto the deck and drink in some of the grandest mountain views in Frisco from the hot tub or sauna.
