Welcome home! In any season, our condo is in the perfect location to enjoy many activities. With Ten Mile Creek running alongside the building, you'll truly feel away from it all. Only steps to the FREE Summit Stage bus to the ski areas!
This two bedroom condo is on the second floor has an open concept design between the kitchen, dining, and living space. Enjoy your morning coffee or fire up the grill on the attached patio complete with a patio set! The completely renovated kitchen is well stocked with high end pots and pans that will make cooking a breeze. And there is a dishwasher to make cleanup easy! We provide basic spices, glass baking dishes, cupcake pan, a hand mixer, toaster, and coffee maker.
Master Bedroom: New King size memory foam mattress and en suite bathroom
Second Bedroom: Spacious bedroom with a queen bed and double loft bed
Bathrooms: Both have been fully renovated and include a full size tub/shower
Clubhouse: indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, common room with free wifi, television, books, tables and chairs for playing games or hanging out with a larger group
Laundry: $1.75/load. Located on the first floor of our building
Kids: We are a kid friendly condo! We provide a pack and play and a high chair for guest use. There are also kids (and adult) board games in one of the closets
Parking: There is a private parking lot for the condo (no assigned spaces)
There is a lock box mounted at the front door and we'll provide the code before you arrive.
Downtown Frisco is a 5 minute walk along Main Street. There are plenty of great restaurants (with happy hour!), shops, and art galleries.
A quick bike ride or drive through downtown and you'll arrive at the marina on Dillon Reservoir. You can rent kayaks, paddleboards, sail boats, fishing boats, and fishing poles. Kids can play on the playground or in the sandy beach area.
The Frisco Adventure Park is a few minutes drive away, located on the peninsula of Lake Dillon. In the summer, the park includes biking, skating, disc golf, ball fields, wagon rides and a day lodge. The peninsula also includes miles of shoreline and hiking and biking trails on forest service land.

Frisco is located at the epicenter of winter recreation with 7 ski and ride resorts within 5 to 30 minutes from your front door. From closest to furthest:

In the winter, the Frisco Adventure Park offers a tubing hill and beginner ski & ride hill. The Adventure Park also includes the Frisco Nordic Center. The Nordic Center offers over 45km of Nordic and snowshoe trails on the Peninsula Recreation Area. You can round out your high country experience with a scenic or dinner sleigh ride from Two Below Zero Sleigh Rides. Or, take a break from your day of activity in the new 4,000 square foot Frisco Day Lodge serving all Adventure Park customers.
The Free Summit Stage bus stops about a block away from the complex, on the corner of Main St and Creekside Drive. You can use it to travel directly to Copper Mountain in under 15 minutes. Buses traveling the other direction into town drop you at the transit station and you can transfer to Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, or Arapahoe Basin.Get the full listing »
