Sleeping 12 people in 6 bedrooms each with its' own bathroom, the chalet is ideal for families or groups of friends.
Located just minutes from the ski lifts and moments to the bars, restaurants and shops the village has everything to make a fantastic holiday or long weekend ski break.
The chalet is set out of three floors and is full of authentic Alpine Charm.
The living area of the chalet comprises and kitchen with range cooker and charming little bar opening to dining area seating 12. From the dining area the sunken lounge has a fabulously cosy atmosphere with thick stone walls, a vaulted ceiling and huge open fireplace.
The bedrooms are set over the next two floors and comprise :
Bedroom 1 : Twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. Three windows overlooking the village.
Bedroom 2: Small twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and one window with views over the street.
Bedroom 3 : Pretty double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Two windows with views over the village. Bedroom 2 & 3 can be interconnected.
Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with ensuite shower room . This room has a sloping ceiling with skylight with glimpses towards the mountains.
Bedroom 5: Twin bedroom with private shower room adjacent to bedroom. A huge window with views towards the mountain.
Bedroom 6: Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A huge window with views towards the mountains. Bedroom 5 & 6 can be interconnected.
Chalet Minoucherie is ideally located in the heart of Le Praz, Courchevel 1300, a fabulous base from which to discover the vast and thrilling skiing of Courchevel and the 3 Valleys. With over 600km of skiable pistes and 180 lifts there is so much to explore.
From Le Praz there are 2 lifts connecting you to the centre of Courchevel - the brand new La Foret six seater fast bubblelift and the 4 seater Praz bubble.
There is exceptional sking for all levels with beginners enjoying the wide pistes of 1850 , there are several free beginners button lifts and a magic carpet ideal for getting your ski legs the first couple of days. There are many great ski schools to choose from we recommend Magic in Motion and New Generation as the level of Engligh spoken is usually very good.
For intermediate and advanced skiiers there are hundered of kilometers of fantastic pstes to explore. The runs into the village are for intermediate to advanced skiiers and offer some of the longest and prettiest runs from the top of Courchevel into the village.
Beginners can take the bubble back into the village or take advantage of the free ski bus throughout Courchevel.
Le Praz is the prettiest village in Courchevel full of cobbled streets and twinkling lanterns. An old village of much charm and with a great selection of apres ski options.
The first stop post ski is usually Les Puepliers hotel, downstairs by the enormous fireplace on cold evenings for a vin chaud or in the sunshine on the terrace for a glass of Rose on those sunny afternoons. There are many restaurants to choose from including the Bistro, which serves French Classics, the pizzeria, Le Darbeilo for modern European, Azimut for a Michellin star experience, the creperie or the fabulous Table de mon Grand Pere. The Cave des Lys is a vaulted wine bar serving cheese and tapas and the sports bar is open late with live music several times a week.
As a weeklong or weekend break Le Praz is a perfect option and Chalet Minoucherie is moments walk to all the restaurants and bars.
