This beautiful home has been in my family for over 400 years! It has been bequeathed from generation to generation to me. I have invested heavily in renovation work and am very happy to be able to take advantage of it.
With a surface of about 180m2 on 2 floors, the house has a capacity of 8 people (possibility to add children and I propose a cot): 4 spacious bedrooms (1 ground floor, Floor), 2 bathrooms and 1 wc, large open space fitted kitchens, living room, dining room, vaulted room (corner TV), laundry, courtyard with large terrace and parking for 3-4 cars.
4 double beds + 2 single mattresses

I ask you to respect the place by:
Do not smoke indoors
No pets (one of my sons is severely allergic to cats / dogs)
By not organizing parties, respecting neighbors
By not using the chimney that is not in working order

Gallargues is an ideal starting point to enjoy the many activities that the region offers:
20 minutes from the white sandy beaches of Grande-Motte (avant-garde architecture), the typical fishing port of Grau-du-Roi, Port-Camargue marinas
Gallargues is a stop on the Way of Santiago de Compostela, on a hill between vineyards and garrigue (the smell of thyme, rosemary, laurel, ...), and offers many possibilities for hiking, Cycling or mountain biking, or of course on horseback, let us not forget that the village is in the heart of the small Camargue
A fishing pond in Aimargues (10 minutes)
45 minutes from the gorges of the Herault where you can practice canoeing, kayaking, climbing, track ferrata, ...
You will also be able to access the Cévennes, buttress of the Massif Central, for beautiful landscapes, beautiful walks in all seasons.
The Gallo-Roman heritage is waiting for you at the gates of the village with the city of Ambrussum and are Roman bridge, but of course in Nîmes and its Roman arenas, its square house (20 minutes), Arles Porte de la Provence (40 minutes) And the famous Pont du Gard which offers a breathtaking sound and light show (45 minutes)

I live abroad and will not be able to receive you in person. However, my parents live a few tens of meters and know the house and the region perfectly. My dad lived in this house all his childhood.

Gallargues is a village of about 3500 inhabitants which has all the local shops: bakeries, butcher, grocer, fruits and vegetables, restaurants, pizzerias (with delivery service at home), bar, hairdressers, bank branch with distributor of tickets, ... All shops are within walking distance in less than 5 minutes.
And of course all the medical assistance (doctor, pharmacy, dentist, physiotherapist, ...)
The shopping malls are also very close, at 10-15 minutes by car (possible delivery by internet order also with Intermarché des Portes de la Mer)

Gallargues-le-Montueux is very easy to reach:
- 2 minutes from the A9 motorway (which you can not hear from the house!)
- 20 minutes from Montpellier Méditerranée airport
- 25 minutes from Montpellier TGV station
- 20 minutes from the Nîmes TGV station
