Living Room: Living room and dining room are on the ground floor, opening out to the garden. There is TV/DVD and WiFi internet.
Kitchen: Next to the living room, the kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, 4-burner stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating 8 people. The house is spread over 3 floors, with 2 bedrooms on each upper floor. Three bedrooms offer either a double bed or 2 single beds, depending on the needs of the group.
Bedroom 1: On the 1st floor, with either a 1.8m/6ft-wide double or two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2: On the 1st floor, with either a 1.8m/6ft-wide double or two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and basin, and there is a separate WC.
Bedroom 3: On the 2nd floor, with a 1.8m/6ft-wide double or two single beds. The en suite is a small shower room with basin.
Bedroom 4: With a 1.4m/4.6ft-wide double, and a bathroom with shower and basin. There is a separate WC on the landing.

The icing on the cake with this house is that it is a village house with garden and pool (and even a boules court).
To the front of the house, outside the kitchen and living room, is the terrace with dining table and Weber barbecue. Beyond that is lawn and at the bottom of the garden is the pool.
The pool measures 7m x 4m (23ft x 13ft), it has roman steps for easy access, and is secured with a motorised cover. Around the pool are sun loungers and deckchairs.
The house is in a quiet road in Lourmarin, only used by residents, and there is free parking about 50 metres away.

Lourmarin is not only officially one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France", it is also the village with the best choice of restaurants and cafes in all the villages of the Luberon. There are at least 13 restaurants and 3 cafes in the village, 2 minutes walk from the house, as well as bakery, food stores and boutiques. Lourmarin is a village that is alive all year, never more than Friday morning, when the wonderful weekly market takes over the centre of Lourmarin. There are cultural events all year round, with concerts at the Renaissance castle for all tastes, from classical to the new Yeah! festival for the youngsters.
