Charming 19th century house between sea and nature completely renovated in 2016, it is warm, very comfortable and combines the charm of the old with modern comfort. The surface is 160 m² habitable.
On the ground floor you will find a large master suite with double bed, Italian shower, double sink, separate toilet and reversible air conditioning. The room benefits from a picture window which gives directly on the raised garden.
The living room consists of a large living room with wood stove, Large L-shaped sofa, TV and a fully equipped American kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, etc. For your comfort, you will find a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a washing machine.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with windows and cupboards, two bathrooms with Italian shower, double sink and toilet, one of which is private. 2 bedrooms have reversible air conditioning.
The exterior benefits from several shaded areas as well as a 9x4 heated swimming pool (from May to September) with automatic roller shutter for the safety of children. Barbecue facilities are also available.
You can also enter and park two cars, the house has its own parking with automated gate.
Presentation of the district
Located at the crossroads of the Mediterranean and the Cevennes, the house, facing south, is located in the heart of the village of Galargues, the vineyards and mountain biking and walking trails are a few meters away.
Opposite the house, you will find a city stadium, a paddle court, a boules court and a children's playground. There is also ample free parking.
The small and charming medieval town of Sommières is 5km away. You will take advantage of its large market on Saturday morning and will appreciate the small local shops and restaurants.
