The bedding is of quality in all the rooms for 7 people:

- 2 bedrooms single bed 90 including one with pull-out bed (8th extra child bed offered).
- 1 single bed in 90 in mezzanine open on the living room (height 1. 80m under the slope).
The bottom sheets and duvet covers and towels are not provided.
ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT:
On your arrival, you park between the residences "Aspin 2" and "Aspin 1" (place n ° 10 side Aspin 1): parking is available free of charge.

The ski room is located in the basement (No. 10).
The residence "Aspin 1" of 3 floors without elevator (10 apartments) is located in a quiet area 150m from shops and the village center of St Lary Soulan.
EXCHANGE WITH TENANTS:
If we or our representatives are absent, the keys should be collected at the agency Belles Vacances Immobilier Avenue baths, 65170 St Lary Soulan and in this case the end of the stay, the inventory will be done with the agency you deliver your deposit checks.
Flat screen TV with home theater, wireless internet, plancha to use terrace, 2 squeegees, meat slicer, drying column shoes and ski gloves are available as well as many board games.
A notice concerning the rules of procedure is available at the entrance on the door of the electric board and you will find the manual of the apartment on the coffee table of the living room.
A rental agreement and the rules and guide of the apartment will be sent to you by email so that you can prepare your stay as well as possible.
We want our tenants comply equipment and facilities available to them and we hope that the apartment is left in the same condition as that taken at the start of stay (refer to the manual of the apartment for your output).
For this, a "deposit of furniture and equipment" of 1000 € will be required upon your arrival and returned to your output.
The cleaning fee is included in the rent, the apartment will however be made in a clean state, the dishwasher emptied, dishes and bins placed in the rooms provided for this purpose.
Pets are not accepted.
