Charming cottage in Normandy, less than 15 minutes from the coast located in the country of Caux and its cliffs. Restored to nine, this haven of peace is a former Norman barn in flint brick of 140m ². Authentic, friendly and spacious, it has an independent landscaped garden of 2,500m². Nice to be quiet with family or friends.
On the ground floor: entrance, kitchen open to a spacious dining room very friendly. A large lounge area with usable wood stove (wood available from November 01 to March 31: a basket offered then 5 euros the bag of about 15 logs). A shower room with two sinks and heated towel rail, a separate toilet.

Fitted kitchen: dishwasher, fridge - freezer, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans ...
Living room: TV, DVD player, board games Bathroom: shower, washing machine, towel dryer Room: All beds are equipped with mattresses and pillowcases very comfortable and disposable. These are changed with each change of tenants.
Ground floor heating: heat pump (low consumption) with air conditioner
Outside: Large garden of 2500m2 furnished to eat or rest. Private garden and closed.
Garden: table, chairs, barbecue (provide charcoal), 2 sunbeds, swing with 4 approved ... For the baby: bed, changing table, bath, high chair, deckchair, bath recliner, barrier for stairs .. .
Our guests will be free to occupy the 140 m² of the spacious cottage as they wish. Outside, large and small will find their happiness (large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sunbathing, swing, landscaped garden closed on 2500m² ...)

Electricity is payable at the end of your stay (depending on your consumption and at cost price): peak and off-peak hours.
