On the ground floor there is a hall, a room that overlooks the garden, a garage with a washing machine, a toilet, plus one bedroom has a bed In prem floor is a comfortable lounge (with UK TV, DVD player, free WIFI, fireplace), next to a large very well fitted kitchen (electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc etc). Also, a toilet and Bathroom (with shower) and a bedroom with double bed. On the 2nd floor are two large bedrooms plus a shower room with WC.
On the outside are two terraces, a bowling green, a BBQ and a vegetable (the guests can use the vegetables and fruits in season); ~ parking for 5 cars, plus flat-band / flowers everywhere. The garden surrounds Secures fences, so good for kids (and even a dog that does well!).
We provide duvets, pillows and blankets for all the beds. We prefer that guests bring the 'bed' / towels themselves, but it is possible to use ours if necessary; in this case there is a charge for 'doing the laundry', which depends on the number of prompts.
We have a lovely caretaker who welcomes you and makes you tour the house on arrival, and will be available to give you information during your stay. In addition, there is a large 'stock' of maps, plans, brochures and leaflets in the lounge. As for the tax Sejour, you have to pay 55 cents per adult per night; AC will be settled before departure.
'Les Rosiers' is well located to visit all Brittany (for people who levent good hours!)But there are many more activities nearby, especially for children and sporting '.
