The entrance hall is located on the first floor, but the apartment can also be accessed from the ground floor with a flight of stairs on the left connecting the two.
Across from the hallway there is the dining room, furnished with a lovely dining table, some armchairs covered with silk, a huge bookcase and a marble fireplace with a big mirror. Just around the corner from the Opèra, the Galleries Lafayette and the Grands Boulevard, the 9 arrondissement is a foodie paradise with Rue Cadet within walking distance, offering small groceries shops and delicacies aplenty, so different from standardized supermarkets.
The district is also home to small boutiques, typical Parisian restaurants, Haussman buildings and quaint theatres, such as the ‘Folies Bergère’.
