From 14/07 to 21/07/2018 = 795 € / week
August: from 04/08 to 11/08/2018 = 1195 € / week
From 25/08/2018 to 01/09/2018 = 545 € / week
Possibility of rent of 2 weeks in a row from 25/08 to 08/09/2018 = 900 € instead of 940 €
September: 01/09/2018 to 15/09/2018 = 790 € the last 2 weeks in a row
Or from 01/08 to 22/09/2018 = 1,100 € instead of 1,185 € for the last 3 weeks in a row.
Only this rate is valid and our rentals are from Saturday afternoon from 15h to the following Saturday morning, departure before 10am.
For explanation and clarification, during your consultation and request, the service charges (between + 8 and + 12%) added to our base rate on their quote are applied to you only if you accept the payment option online.
Another point, our cancellation policy is ours, since 2014, as stipulated on our own lease = 100% financial security for you.
Everything is included in our price (except the visitor's tax 2018 which is 1.50 € / person> 18 years / day).

2) in case of premature termination of your stay = the refund of the days not occupied.
