Beautiful apartment renovated and ideally located between the old port and the Panier district. Decorated with taste, it is ideal for a couple. I will give you all my good addresses to make you feel at home.
The apartment is located in a typical Marseille building. Access is via the beautiful Place des Moulins, a few meters from the famous Montées de Accoules and its mythical bell tower.
The apartment consists of a living room with sitting area, dining area and open kitchen. 2 small balconies overlooking a quiet street with a small square gives you a glimpse of the sea in the distance.
The apartment has a real separate room separated from the living room by a glass roof. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
Completely renovated, we wanted to keep the charm of old tiles by modernizing it to bring more comfort.
As is customary in the Panier district, the windows and the interior of the apartment are lined with plants.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator.
You will enjoy the apartment in its entirety. We provide sheets and towels. The apartment is equipped with Internet, TV, kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, washing machine.
You will find in the apartment a guide of my good addresses of restaurants, bars, small secret places of Marseille and other advices.
Marseille offering multiple activities, do not hesitate to tell me your wishes so that I can at best advise you: cultural tourism, sports, gastronomy ...
The apartment is located at the entrance to the Panier district. 5 minutes from the Old Port, Mucem and Old Charity. The Panier is the historic center of Marseille where the Greeks chose to found Marseille more than 2600 years ago. It is the picturesque district with its small flowery streets, its painted houses where many shops and art galleries open every day.
The city is changing and the majority of new developments are within 1 kilometer. The surroundings of the district have been completely renovated:
- The Old Port has recently become semi-pedestrian.
- District of the Cathedral of the Major with the renovation of its vaults, the creation of several Museums: The Mucem, the Mediterranean Villa, Gaze of Provence, the J1.
- Joliette district: new business center with skyscrapers, auditorium
- Rue de la République: Haussmannian street completely renovated
The Panier district is predominantly pedestrian. It is therefore difficult to drive and park. However it is possible to park around 5 minutes walk from the apartment. I will indicate where to find places. There is also the possibility to park your car at the parking Mucem or City Hall 10 minutes walk.
For arrivals after 19H, I will leave you the keys in a safety box and give you useful information to retrieve them and to get to the apartment.Get the full listing »
