This home is in Mountainaire, a small, family oriented community surrounded by national forest located just south of Flagstaff, 10 minutes from town, 5 minute walk to hiking and mountain biking trails. This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood surrounded by mature pine trees. Hop in a car and enjoy all of what Flagstaff has to offer, or stay close to home, and explore beautiful nature trails, with family and pet friendly hiking nearby. Single-track trails also accessible, east of neighborhood.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 people, with 3 beds and a blow-up mattress. Has a well equipped kitchen, 2 large smart TV's, and high speed internet. Children and pets welcome. Maximum 2 pets per reservation. We strive to provide a pet and family friendly environment. Fenced yard with a kid's play house, flagstone patio, outdoor table, umbrella and fire pit.

- Master: King bed, private bath, 40" Smart TV, spacious closet with dresser, and backyard access.

FOR WINTER RESERVATIONS: Due to steep hills in the neighborhood, and possible snow, 4x4 vehicles or tire chains highly recommend in winter .
- Like most Flagstaff homes, there is no A/C. Ceiling fan and portable fans provided for the warm summer months.
There are two steps leading into the home. We have a gravel driveway that can accommodate to 2 vehicles off street. Street parking allowed most of the year. No street parking permitted from November to February, for snow removal.

25 miles from Snowbowl, where one can enjoy the breathtaking views by taking the chairlift to the top of the San Francisco Peaks in the summer, and skiing/snowboarding in the winter.
30 miles from Sedona with amazing dinning and hiking.
90 miles from one of the worlds natural wonders, the Grand Canyon.
40 miles from the town of Williams with attractions such as Bearizona, Polar Express, and excellent dinning options.
