The condo is located in the gated community of Palm Suites at only a 20 minute drive from the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and at a 5 to 30 minute drive to 12 different golf courses and 3-5 min walk to the world famous Bavaro Beach.
Less than 10 min walk will take you to the heart of Bavaro village where you will find grocery stores, a bakery, a pharmacy, a currency exchange office, medical clinic, ATM, bars, hairdresser, beauty salon, restaurants, boutiques, gym, casinos, etc.
There is a free shuttle service to Palma Real Shopping Village, home of the Punta Cana Hard Rock Cafe, Quicksilver, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Super Lama, Mailboxes Etc., a movie theater, and dozens of additional options for one of the best shopping experiences in the Dominican Republic. A 12 minute ride will bring you to the San Juan Shopping Center where you will find Super Pola supermarket, Chef Pepper's restaurant, Pizza Hut, IKEA, Caribbean cinemas, US Factory Outlet shopping, etc.
A short 3-10 min stroll from the complex (up to 45-60 min with kids as there is a free kids park with playground on the way ) and you will find yourself on the white, sandy Bavaro Beach where you can enjoy a quiet day reading and sipping a drink or take advantage of the many water sports and activities being offered to the whole family. Beach access and chairs are free, however, if you would like you can purchase a pass at any of the Barcelo hotels and use the resort amenities (restaurants, pools, water parks, etc.) for the day.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:
• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Punta Cana is one of the few areas with electricity available 24/7.Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.
• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.
• Average consumption is $10-$15 per day for a 3 bedroom.
RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) $30 USD PER NIGHT
You will be given a receipt for the deposit with the electricity meter reading at check-in and check-out. The meter can be self-monitored daily. You will be charged at the current electricity rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.
Transfers to and from the airport are available at 35 USD each way for up to 4 people. At check in you will meet with our wonderful property manager Cynthia, who will give you the keys and make sure you are comfortable.
