This two-level home is located in a four-unit community just half a mile from the shops and restaurants of downtown Dillon. The living space features two-story ceilings, an abundance of natural light, and windows that frame alpine views. Curl up in the warmth of the gas fireplace, log into the wireless Internet, or catch your favorite show on the flatscreen cable TV. Board games and decks of playing cards are available.
With its modern appliances (including a dishwasher), plentiful counterspace, and wide variety of cooking tools - including a coffee grinder, a family-size griddle, and a toaster - the full kitchen allows guests to prepare meals with ease. Read the morning paper at the bar counter or sit down for a family meal at the dining table for six.
And because Dillon is blessed with nearly 300 days of sunshine each year, you'll have plenty of opportunities to bask in the sun on the private balcony, fire up the gas grill for an outdoor meal, or enjoy a luxurious soak in the shared hot tub.
With two bedrooms and a loft - each of which feature flatscreen TVs - this home can comfortably accommodate a total of six people. There's a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the downstairs guest room, as well as a queen sofabed in the loft. There are also two full bathrooms and one half-bath.
