In-town convenience is also made easy, so you'll be able to grocery shop when needed, and slope access is a short drive or bus ride away. Park in the two-car assigned covered parking and take the elevator up to your home away from home.
This condo's interior is cozy and comfortable, and the living area is an ideal spot for resting and relaxing. Kick back on the plush sofa and watch some movies on the cable TV while you warm up by the gas fireplace. In the summer, play some music on the stereo, and lounge on the deck just off the living room. Take in gorgeous views and use the free WiFi to find local attractions.

And if you don't feel like driving, take the Summit Stage bus for a free ride to ski lifts, restaurants, and shopping. White River National Forest is three-and-a-half miles away and offers groomed trails for plenty of show activities.

Parking Notes: Two-car tandem parking is available.
Ski Shuttle Details: The Summit Stage free bus service bus stop is about 100 feet west of the parking lot entrance.
Water Access: Lake Dillon is located about 2 blocks away on foot. For the Marina, travel back up Highway 6 to the Town of Dillon and follow signs for the Marina. Keystone Lake is about 3 miles east on Highway 6.
Fishing on Dillon Reservoir:
Lake Dillon Reservoir is annually stocked with approximately 50,000 rainbow trout by the Colorado Division of Wildlife
Any person 15 years or older must have a valid fishing license.
Colorado Division of Wildlife regulations are enforced and are available for review from any of the Division's authorized agents.
Fishing is allowed on water surface of the reservoir and most if its 25 miles of shoreline.
It is unlawful to fish from the dam structure, closed areas, bridges or boat ramps.
