For 2019 this house is 100% newly furnished and outfitted. The living room, dining area and kitchen is an open floor plan that you will find extremely spacious for your group to enjoy. All 3-King Bedrooms are located downstairs so if people want to retire early they are not disturbed by others in the living area.
Our home is conveniently located 1/4 mile off The Parks Hwy and is a short 11-minute Drive to Denali National Parks only entrance road. This house checks all the boxes; 5-star living on the park boundary.
Our house is located at the end of the road in a very quiet tiny subdivision and sits on a 2-acre bluff with amazing views. Your group will feel like you are living in the middle of nowhere yet you will have all the amenities of a modern home.
We regularly spot wildlife out our living room windows. We are located in the "Healy" area 10-miles North of the Denali Park Entrance and it is where you want to stay; best park views, away from the congestion of the park entrance area (glitter gulch).
Our home is near everything; a 1-minute drive to the grocery/liquor store, 5-minute walk to Roses Cafe or a 15-minute walk to the Totem Bar.
Most area activities are located within minutes of the house; flight seeing, rafting, horseback riding, guided hiking, golf, biking, ATV, Zip lining and more.
There are 2 additional private suites attached to our home (VRBO# 1472848 & 1472901). Each of the Luxury Suites are completely private from the main house and each other. Each Suite has their own entrances, living areas, kitchens, decks and washers and dryers. Larger groups may be interested in renting one or both of the additional suites.
My family and I are world travelers and always stay in a VRBO. We understand you have high expectations for your groups Alaskan Adventure and we strive to exceed those expectations. We pay attention to all the important details; super clean, well stocked, owners answer the phone/texts immediately and everything works.
We have lived in Denali since 1991 and love the area. We want our home to be an important part of your Denali experience and we are always close by to answer any questions, make suggestions or to solve any issues. Please feel free to contact us for advice, we have lots of area knowledge.
We always respect our guests privacy. 30 days prior to your arrival we will email you detailed directions and key code for entry. You can check yourselves in anytime after 4pm. WIFI code is on the bulletin board near the front door.
Also on the bulletin board in the home we provide brochures of all our favorite things to do and places to eat in the area.
We recommend you book your Denali National Park Shuttle or Tour Bus before you arrive, but all other area activities can be booked once you have arrived so you can gauge the weather and get a feel of what your group wants to do.
Please remember our house is right on the park boundary and a day spent enjoying the views and hiking out of the house can be extremely rewarding.

In the event Tenant emails notice of cancellation of this short-term rental agreement ninety days prior to the start date of occupancy, the advance payment (less 25% cancellation fee) will be refunded. If Tenant emails notice of cancellation of the lease agreement within ninety (90) days prior to occupancy, tenant understands and agrees that their entire Advance Payment will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented to a 3rd party.
