Plenty of comfortable furnishings with a large table as well as a large kitchen bar. Fully furnished with bedroom TV's and a large TV in the living area. Broadband wi-fi is available free of charge (although service on the Island can be spotty at times).
Unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is NOTHING but white sand between the steps from the porch to he Gulf of Mexico. No houses, no on the Gulf. This means no putting on shoes or loading the car to head to te beach... it's all right there!!!
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, blender, coffee maker, etc... and has a four burner stove with electric oven. Dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with icemaker are also featured.
Spacious Master Bedroom on the main level with master bathroom with soaking tub and stand up shower. Second bedroom is a bunk room also on the main level with 2 double on bottom/single on top bunk beds. The 3rd and 4th bedroom are located on the second floor as well as an additional loft space. Both bedrooms feature private bathrooms, king size beds and access to a second level deck with breathtaking birds eye views of the ocean.
Dauphin Island s a very laid back & non-commercialized, but has shops, a grocery store, bakery & several restaurants ranging from pizza, ice cream and burgers, to great seafood and steaks. Island is accessible by bridge. Gulf Shores & Fort Morgan are only a few miles away & are accessible by auto ferry (makes a great day trip).
For attractions, visit the Sea Lab, historic Fort Gaines, view birds and wildlife & explore secluded beaches at the Audubon Sanctuary, fish on the beach, charter a boat for sightseeing or deep-sea fishing, swim, bike, walk, collect shells, or JUST RELAX!
ADVANCE RENT: ONE-HALF of rental rate is due at booking. ONE-HALF of rental rate is required 45 days prior to check in. There is a 60 day cancellation policy on all rentals. We accept: personal checks and credit cards (viaVRBO and PayPal).
ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE ($150)
DEPOSITS A $500 DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT is required for all rentals and is due with the second half of your rent 45 days prior to arrival. It is fully refundable if conditions are met. Deposits are returned to you trhough your method of original payment approximately 7 days after check out.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR DAMAGE DEPOSIT REFUND
Including but not limited to the following:
*No Damage to House
*No missing or broken items.
*No more than the maximum number of occupants in the property.
*Property is left reasonable clean, no dirty dishes, all trash taken to outside containers, in general just general tidying of the property. We reserve the right to deduct excess cleaning and damage charges from the deposit.
THERE IS A PET FEE OF $100.
*Dogs must be under a pest management system for fleas and ticks.
*Do not allow your dog onto the furniture.
*Please ensure your dog does not chew on the furniture or other items.
*Please, please, please bring a pooper scooper. Pick up after your dog. Children like to walk and play in the sand.
*Dauphin Island has a leash law. Dogs must either be on a leash or be under voice command at all times.
DEPOSIT & ADVNACE RENT are refundable, if reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival. We will also refund if we can re-book the property. A $25 processing fee is charged on all cancellations.
