There is a down stairs cloak room and the main family bathroom with over bath shower is located on the first floor.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds with patio doors leading onto your own private balcony. Both of which have sea views.
The third bedroom has twin beds, all rooms have ample wardrobe space and air-conditioning throughout the property. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and included in the weekly rental price is 200 kwhs of electricity if this is exceeded a charge of 0.30 cents per additional kwh used will be collected before departure.
A baby travel cot is provided free of charge.

Ayia Thekla is a lovely peaceful resort which offers an idyllic and tranquil location with amazing sea views. The golden sandy beaches of Landa and Makronisoss are within easy reach and the famous Nissi Beach is approximately 5 minutes drive from Villa Marrika.
Local attractions include a small market which is open three times a week during the summer period (Saturday, Sunday and Wednesdays). Alternatively, visit the ancient shrine of Ayia Thekla, a rock - hewn chamber in the coastal cliffs beneath the church which is dedicated to the 1st century saint. Why not try Water World at Ayia Napa for a fun filled day of thrills and slides, or cruise around on the lazy river. Ayia Napa is just a short drive away and boasts an extensive range of bars, restaurants, shops and fun fairs. A local bus runs daily into the centre. Further along the coast line is Protaras and the beautiful Fig Tree Bay. Protaras is one of Cyrpus's premier holiday resorts and offers a variety bars, restaurants and leisure facilities to please all manor of holiday makers. Many of the beaches on this Eastern coast have been accredited the Blue Flag Status.
Nissi Beach and Nissi Bay
Ayia Napa has plenty of activities and sightseeing opportunities for every manor of person. Your holiday can be as quiet or as busy as you wish. Nissi Beach is the most popular beach in the Ayia Napa area and probably the most well known on the island of Cyprus. It is made up of 2 connecting beaches, one long and lively, the other smaller and quieter. The beaches have golden sands and the waters are clean and clear, and have been awarded the Blue Flag Status. It is possible to walk out for up to a hundred meters without the water passing your waist and there are many sand bars in the shallows. A variety of watersports can be enjoyed including pedalloes, parasailing and inflatable’s.
Nissi Avenue offers around 2 km of shops, bars and restaurants or why not take a look at the busy fishing harbor. This is also where the many coastal daily boat trips depart from 7 days a week. A few minutes walk and in the opposite direction is the monastery, the church and the main square, this is where most of the nightlife is situated.
Nissi Beach can be reached via the coastal path which runs from the harbor, or by road along Nissi avenue. The Eastern end of the beach is fairly quiet and relaxing. In contrast the central area is home to the Nissi Bay Beach Bar which draws crowds with it's daily programme of amusements including top named DJ's, foam parties, beach parties and other events.Get the full listing »
