The sea views are incredible throughout the day and the twinkling lights are a delight in the evening. The very large outside space makes this the perfect place to relax and enjoy a relaxing al fresco lifestyle.
Set on the small, exclusive Beau View development of just 11 luxury properties. The property is quietly nestled into the hillside behind Coral Bay, with spectacular sea views over the Paphos coastline, yet within a few minutes walk of Peyia, a traditional Cypriot village, with good local facilities and local taverns.
Cyprus is enjoyable all year round and this apartment is equipped not only for spring and summer holidays but also for longer term winter periods. I welcome winter guests and dates can be flexible. The apartment is light, spacious and well equipped and is a real home from home. Guests who stay there have a wonderful time and I have nothing but excellent reviews.
From the front balcony you can enjoy spectacular panoramic sea views over the Mediterranean Sea, Coral Bay and the Paphos coastline. The large rear balcony is completely private and has a comfortable seating area, dining area, barbeque and sunbeds, creating a fabulous outdoor living space. Here you can relax in comfort, sunbathe in privacy, dine, or just enjoy life al fresco.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard in contemporary style and has been equipped for year round use. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and English and German TV channels (including films). For winter guests there are duvets, fires etc. Towels and pool towels are provided and a small welcome pack will be there to greet you on arrival. It has been described as a 'home from home', an 'apartment with the benefits of a villa' and 'just what the doctor ordered'. Put simply, it is just a wonderful place to stay.
Why not relax and sunbathe on the sun terraces around the development's stunning infinity swimming pool, or enjoy the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea while you swim in the pool? Alternatively, you will find excellent sandy beaches, bars and restaurants at Coral Bay which is less than a ten minute drive away.
Peyia, a typical Cypriot village with attractive village square, is within five minutes' walk. Here you will find excellent local facilities including a bank, well stocked supermarket, bars and a number of local taverns with good local food at reasonable prices.
If you are feeling more adventerous you can explore the Akamas Peninsular in a 4 x 4 or on a quad bike. Watersports and golf are available nearby and you can enjoy boat trips from Paphos and Latchi. Alternatively, why not drive to Nicosia and cross the border to the Turkish side of Cyprus with its bazaars and wonderful architecture, it is a fabulous day out. Details of this and much more will be found in the apartment. Cyprus is a wonderful place to explore and you can do as much or as little as you wish.

I can also help with car hire and airport transfers and can advise on things to do, helping you to craft your perfect holiday. The property is fully managed with excellent local property managers who will look after you (and the apartment) during your stay. They can advise you on restaurants, places to visit etc.
