This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home ideally situated near multiple restaurants and shopping options in Downtown Cupertino as well as the 85 freeway. You will love the spacious layout, the mid-century modern feel of the home, as well as the gorgeous, cozy sun room off the master suite.

Guests have exclusive access to the home and grounds. The garage is currently unavailable for guest use, but guests may park in the driveway and on the street. Please make note of any posted parking restrictions if you park on the street.

~~ Our cleaners wash their hands with soap and water before cleaning and wear disposable gloves while they clean
~~ We clean with soap and detergents first, and then disinfect with hospital quality disinfectant
~~ We give special attention to high-touch areas such as appliances, handles, switches, door and cabinet knobs, remote controls, faucets etc.
~~ We wash all linens, including duvet covers and blankets
AGREEMENT ADDENDUM: The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered into between the parties via the website of the company used to complete the reservation, as well as its affiliate sites.
House Rules & Booking Policies - For complete rules and details, see Renter's Guide, which is emailed upon booking completion, as well as 4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Guests are responsible for thoroughly reading our emails and the Renter's Guide prior to their stay, and adhering to policies outlined therein during their stay.
* Guests making last-minute reservations may be required to share a photo ID with the host via messaging.
* Host collects a separate $750 security deposit for all direct reservations, as well as on bookings made via certain booking sites (AirBnb excluded), which is refunded 7 days after check-out, less any damages or policy violations. For reservations shorter than 7 nights in duration, an authorization hold will be placed upon the credit card on file in the amount of $750, which will be withdrawn in the event of damages, policy violations, etc.
* Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional charge per cleaning per home/unit, which be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked.
* After guests have been checked in for 1 week, one of our staff members may stop by and enter to check on the home. We will give you at least 12 hours notice before we arrive to check on the home. Guests do not need to be present, but may be if they prefer.
* No smoking. No parties/events. No pets unless explicitly indicated as allowed in the listing. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
* Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol outlined in Renter's Guide and for taking out their own trash, as well as rolling bins out to the curb on the home's "trash night" for collection by the city.
* We expect the home to be maintained during your stay (i.e. spills wiped up, garbage and recycling taken out and put in the proper bins).
* Any provided garage openers, parking passes, pool keys etc. must stay at the property (fees for replacement apply).
*Reservation Cancellations: As per booking website. We do not offer refunds beyond those outlined in the cancellation policy on the booking website. A 3% cancellation fee applies to all reservations (AirBnb excluded). International reservations subject to 5% cancellation fee.
* Reservation Changes: For moves of the same duration, there is no change fee if we receive your request more than 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days and for the same duration, a $200 change fee applies. Guests are responsible for any price increase for the new nights. Cancellation fees may apply for moves more than 30 days from original arrival date. Only one change will be accepted without cancellation fees.
* Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property.
* Renter may be required to sign a separate rental agreement with the property manager upon booking.Get the full listing »
