Our house Manuela, is actually located in the place we Ljubac, we do not use a wrong location of our house to lure guests with the wrong location. Our house is a modern building with high quality new equipment, it is located in a very quiet location, on the edge of the village Ljubac, surrounded by a generous meadow landscape with Mediterranean garden, a playground for children and parking for guests (free of charge) .Each apartment has a left and right closed balcony with unobstructed sea views. The distance to the natural sandy beach of about 500-600 meters is not a disadvantage, as behind the house a 10.50mx4,50m large swimming pool is, but you will get other benefits z. B. Calm, no crowds of people, low traffic street, no loud inns or events. In short, our HOUSE MANUELA is the ideal place to let the soul dangle, undisturbed by work and everyday stress to recover. In 2012 a swimming pool will be built behind the house, where our guests can really relax, recharge their batteries, read a good book or just sunbathe. Thus, our house offers all the ideal conditions to spend a relaxing holiday in a quiet location, away from mass tourism and noise, but still not too far from the action. In the immediate vicinity is the city of Zadar with many entertainment venues, bars restaurants, cafes, museums, cultural monuments, sports and events events, all in the immediate vicinity of about 15km. In the immediate vicinity are many romantic fishing villages, wild rocky shores, deep gorges, secluded coves, grottoes and bizarre rock formations. In the middle of this beguiling and breathtaking landscape lies the place Ljubac. Excursions and other activities can be easily reached from Ljubac to the famous waterfalls Plitvice Lakes and Krka Falls to the island archipelago Kornati u. S. W. In about 3km is a country village because you can horseback riding, paintball, quad biking u. S. W.
