Our lovely studio apartments Maslenica with beach-front position are the perfect choice for couples seeking comfort, romance and privacy. Situated on the ground floor, you can almost start swimming at the footsteps of your apartment!
Directly in front of the house there is a lovely small Mediterranean garden with cosy chairs, offering a wonderful sea view.
When entering the studio apartments, everything is situated in one space â€“ kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
In every apartment there is a lovely dining corner for two and charming paintings on the walls create the necessary atmosphere.
Every apartment also features a private balcony with sea view (except apartment Nr. 3, which has a private terrace without sea view). Here you can enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the fresh sea air.
The apartments also feature air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a parking spot.
The first beach is situated directly under the apartments and a private exit guides you from the house to the lovely pebble beach. If youâ€™re lucky, you can watch fisherman throwing their fishing nets in the evening.
Discovering the shores of Novigrad Sea, you may find more interesting beaches for you to relax, lay back and enjoy the Dalmatian sun. On the opposite side of Maslenica, lies the charming town of Novigrad. Thanks to its fortunate combination of natural and cultural beauties, the small coves in the shadow of pine trees and beaches where you can swim, Novigrad is a real paradise for everyone.
The many beaches of Zadar and the Riviera of Zadar are exceptional for their variety and richness of the seashore. Here you may discover numerous smaller and larger bays, islands and peninsulas. Some of the islands of the Riviera are not inhabited and are opened for a â€œRobinsonâ€ seeking rest.
There are sandy, small-pebble secluded beaches among the rocks. The beaches of Zadar region also invite wind surfers and kite surfers, as well as small children and lovers of night life. There is something for everyone.
Another true gem is Dugi otok Island, with its famous beach Sakarun. The island can be reached from Zadar port. This wonderful beach is especially known for the whiteness of the sand and clean sea. It is surrounded by pine trees that provide pleasant shade in hot summer days. The beach is approx. 800 m long and at some 250 m from the shore it is 3,5 m deep, creating a large bathing area and its shallow waters are perfect for children.
Famous beaches in the lagoon of Nin near Zadar brag with the Blue Flag award for the cleanliness of the sea. The Royal beach is the longest and best known beach of Zadar region. It is a beautiful sandy beach with dunes of Nin lagoon that are 3 km long. Due to its shallow waters, the beach is a perfect choice for families with children of different ages, and not far from the Royal beach lies the mud treatment centre of Nin.
Maslenica is a small settlement, where the sea meets the mountains. This charming spot is especially recommendable for those seeking a truly peaceful vacation away from it all. Its position makes it the perfect spot for discovering northern Dalmatia.
In the vicinity you may find four national parks â€“ Paklenica, Plitvice, Krka and Kornati, opportunities for rafting on Zrmanja River and also sightseeing in the city of Zadar. Adrenalin sport lovers can go bungee jumping from the Maslenica Bridge. In the area there are also several bicycling trails for you to discover.
If you are interested into sightseeing, a photo safari until Tulove grede (mountain rarity) or excursions on the Novigrad Sea can be organized.
Maslenica village doesnâ€™t offer that much on konobas (Croatian type of restaurant), but in the neighbour village of Vinjerac there is the konoba Pece. Here you can not only enjoy exquisite Dalmatian dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, but also a nice ambient and should you choose to sit outside, you can enjoy a breathtaking view.
The ownerâ€™s family has an own garden and can provide you with daily fresh local vegetables. They also produce their own olive oil and smokvenjaki (local speciality made of figs, walnuts, brandy and fennel).
You also have the opportunity to purchase honey from Velebit and fresh mussels.
Rafting on Zrmanja River
