The COC is uniquely located close to I-285, 675 and I-20. The airport is 10.7 miles via I-285 (8 miles via the back roads) which is a 10 to 15 min. drive.

The COC offers private off-street parking and a 1 car- carport to park under.
The CoC is a Corporate owned property, when you book this home, you will be hosted by the CoC - the property itself. This home is perfect for the guest who wants to get around the metro Atlanta area like a local- with their own transportation, although public transition is within walking distance. Every bedroom in the CoC offers a desk or workstation area.
STYLE & DECOR:
The CoC is an older well taken care tri- level home with an eclectic decor of modern and traditional.
° 7 steps takes you upstairs to 2 bedrooms/1 bath room,
° 7 steps takes you downstairs to 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom.
° The common living/kitchen areas are on the main level.
LAYOUT ON MAIN LEVEL:
This tri-level location offers a stepless entry if you should you enter from the carport side door. The common areas on the main level (living, kitchen and dining) boasts an open floor plan.
There are four bedrooms, each bedrooms have a bath in between. The bathrooms have only one entry- not a "Jack and Jill" style. Two of the four bedrooms and on the upper level, and the other two are on the lower level.
Hardwood flooring is on the main and the upper levels , with ceramic tile in the kitchen, in all baths and on the lower level.
Guest have access to the washer and dryer which is located in the bathroom on the lower level.
The full kitchen on the main level have dishwasher, microwave, coffe pot and a gas stove/oven available for guests to use. Minimum pots and pans, dishes and silverware is also available.
The parking is a private drive way; able to accommodate up-to 4 vehicles.
When you book the entire house, you have access to all four bedrooms and all it's common areas.
The kitchen is full size, equipped with a four burner gas stove a microwave, full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher. Light cooking is allowed; however, pots, pans and spices are limited.
A petite washer and dryer is on site which Guest have access to.
The CoC is located on a quiet street in an establish community of like ranch and splitlevel homes.
The back yard is fenced , but it also slopes and- to date - is not ready to receive backyard guests. However, If traveling with young kids or if you yourself love the outdoors; The CoC is within 5 miles of 3 different county parks and is a short travel (approximately 15 min.) from a few state hiking trails and/ or county walking trails.
The neighborhood is within close proximity of 4 different grocery stores and Marta (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit) system is within walking distance, less than a block away.
The CoC (Corporate owned Comfort) location is strategically situated to experience Atlanta like a local, where you have the option to travel Atlanta's back-roads to surrounding areas; by-passing traffic by avoiding the interstates.
The CoC is an excellent location for parents and up coming college students to interview Atlanta's higher education institutes such as Clayton State, Georgia State, Georgia Tech, and Emory University. A great base for business travelers to access Atlanta's Convention Centers or the traveler to get to down-town events.
NORTH: Downtown Atlanta's center is 11 miles from the COC, depending on exact location averaging 12 miles from Mercedes Stadium, Atlanta's Skyview, The World Of Coke, CNN Studios and Centennial Park
COLLEGES: The COC is 11 miles from Georgia State/ 12 miles from Georgia Tech / 11 miles from Emory University
SOUTH: The COC is easy access to the South side convention and bussiness expo center: 3 miles of The Atlanta Expo Center, 12 miles to the The World Congress Center and 13 miles to Georgia International Convention Center.
COLLEGE: The COC is 7 miles from Clayton State University.
WEST: The Atlanta Beach is 13 miles by-passing the Interstate
MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority/bus line) is within walking distance.
EAST: Indian Creek Train Station is a 16 minute drive East of the COC. The blue line will drop you off at the CNN Studios where you are able to walk outside to Bicentennial Park, to The Skyview or take a escalator up-to the Mercedes Studio.
Other Things to Note
Guest should request for a host to remain on the premise during their stay either at initial contact or prior to booking. Otherwise, the COC (the property) will be the host.
Guest should read the House Rules in its entirety and should contact host if there are questions.
Guest should contact host for discount codes for the following apps and for a money saving AirBnB link (Only if guest is first time user of these apps and is new to AirBnB)
The Property have security cameras placed in the front, with views to the drive way, rear and side entry.
Video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, injury, guests sneaking in pets /friends and additional guests without advance permission from host and/or disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed.
The camera surveillance in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public exterior areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund and If applicable, deposits will be forfeited. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any monies returned.
