New apartment located in the northern area of the city with a great view. With large recreation areas. The apartment is located 2 blocks from the beach of los morros, 5 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the historic center of Cartagena, is close to the luxury Las Americas Hotel.

The apartment will be rented entirely to your group. You will be serviced with one set of linens and at least one towel per guest, fast and reliable WIFI as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you are staying for one day, one week or one month we want to provide the best services for your group.

24/7 Contact with our guests to solve any questions or inconveniences before, during and after your stay. Our goal is to offer the most pleasent stay, for this reason we can guide you in terms of location, leisure and wellness, achieving day by day a direct compromise with our travelers!
PROPERTY RULES:

1) Each guest must be registered 24 hours before the arrival and must show his Identity or Passport document at the building's entrance.
2) The DocuSign is a mandatory document and must be completed at least 72 hours before the arrival of the guest. DO NOT ENTER ANY GUEST WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENT AND WITHOUT HAVING REVISED PAYMENTS.
3) The entrance of visitors is not allowed.
4) No noises or loud music are allowed after 22:00 hrs.
5)The use of the apartment is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed in the apartment.
The entrance of live musical groups to the property is not allowed.
6) Any damage caused to the apartment or property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days.
7) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
8) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the building and in the apartment, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
9) It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or items with the security guards in the building.
10) It is forbidden to bring pets of any kind to the property.
11) To ensure the safety and tranquility of the guests and residents of the building, guests staying in our apartments will have a registry with a biometric control system. The administration will guarantee the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the law.
12) It is mandatory by building regulations, acquire a handle during the stay at the property. The handle has a rate of $25.000 COP.
13) Sex tourism within the property is totally forbidden.
14) Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
15) Every time you leave the apartment, turn off the A/C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
16) Please do not leave the keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $25.0 USD.
17)To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
18) The Terrace and BBQ Area of the co-ownership will be open until 12:00 A.M.
19) Please respect the maximum capacity of the Jacuzzis.
20) It is not allowed to consume food, drinks inside the pool.
21) Glass containers are prohibited in wet areas.
22) Please Shower before entering the pool and/or Jacuzzis.
23) Wear appropriate clothing for the use of wet areas.
24) Under no circumstances will babies be allowed to use the pools without the proper diaper, also called disposable underwear.
25) It is not allowed that the domiciliary goes up to the apartments or common areas, the resident must go down to reception to receive the order.
26) It is not allowed to place notices (signs), posters or posters on windows, doors, facades, elevators or on the common billboards of the building.
27) Security guards are not authorized to upload parcels to the apartments.
28) Security in the building is not responsible for any losses inside the apartment, we ask to close both locks well and make sure that the door is locked behind you. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company in the lobby and the elevators.
29) Do not throw rubbish, cigarette butts, and any type of objects through the windows or balconies of your apartments.
30) Garbage should be deposited in plastic bags duly sealed.
31) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please throw the trash of the apartment in the chute and give the keys to the local expert. Make sure to let your Local Expert know your Check-Out time and leave the windows & door are secured.

*Please keep the noise down especially during weekdays and late at night. $150 USD fine
*Late Check out: Please be advised all checkouts must be done before 11 am otherwise we will have to charge a late check out fee. In some cases, we can grant late check out with no extra charge if we don't have a guest checking in the same day. Fee: $20 USD x hour. Keys replacement: $50 USD.
*Extra Cleaning services: $30 USD full day cleaning.
*Every guest must provide a copy of its passport or valid photo ID.
*As a company, we must collect and remit 19% VAT from each reservation that will be collected upon arrival. Tourists, foreigners, and residents in other countries are exempt from this tax. You must provide a valid passport.

Normas del edificio:

1) Cada huésped debe estar registrado 24 horas antes de la llegada y debe mostrar su documento de identidad o pasaporte en la entrada del edificio.
2) El DocuSign es un documento obligatorio y debe completarse al menos 72 horas antes de la llegada del huésped. NO INGRESA NINGÚN HUESPED SIN ESTE DOCUMENTO Y SIN HABER REVISADO LOS PAGOS.
3) La entrada de visitantes a la propiedad no está Permitida.
4) No se permiten ruidos ni música fuerte después de las 22:00 hrs.
5) El uso del apartamento solo está permitido para fines residenciales, de negocios o de placer, no se permiten reuniones o fiestas de ningún tipo en el apartamento. Tampoco
están permitidos grupos musicales en vivo.
6) Cualquier daño causado al apartamento o pertenencias a la propiedad debe ser notificado a la compañía que proporciona el servicio de alquiler y debe ser atendido y reparado en menos de 7 días hábiles.
7) En caso de incendio, no utilizar el ascensor.
8) Está estrictamente prohibido fumar cualquier tipo de sustancias en las instalaciones del edificio y en el apartamento, incluidos los cigarros y el tabaco. Hay una tarifa de $ 150.000 COP si se le encuentra fumando en el interior.
9) No está permitido dejar ningún tipo de artículos o artículos con los guardias de seguridad en el edificio.
10) Está prohibido traer mascotas de cualquier tipo a la propiedad.

23) Usar la vestimenta adecuada para el uso de las zonas húmedas
24) En ninguna circunstancia se permitirá que los bebes usen las piscinas sin el pañal adecuado denominado también calzoncito desechable.
25) No está permitido que los domiciliarios suban hasta los apartamentos o áreas comunes, el residente debe bajar hasta recepción a recibir el pedido.
26) No está permitido colocar avisos (letreros), afiches o carteles en las ventanas, puertas, fachadas, ascensores o en las carteleras comunes del edificio
27) Los guardas de seguridad no están autorizados a subir encomiendas a los apartamentos
28) La seguridad en el edificio no es responsable de las pérdidas dentro del apartamento. Pedimos que cierren bien ambas cerraduras y nos aseguramos de que la puerta esté cerrada con llave detrás de usted. Para su seguridad, hay cámaras de vigilancia controladas por una empresa de seguridad privada en el vestíbulo y los ascensores.
29) No arrojar basuras, colillas de cigarrillo, y ningún tipo de objetos por las ventanas o balcones de sus apartamentos.
30) Las basuras deben depositarse en bolsas de plástico debidamente selladas.
31) La salida es a las 11:00 a.m. Por favor, tire la basura del apartamento en la rampa y entregue las llaves al experto local. Asegúrese de informar a su experto local sobre su hora de salida y deje las puertas y ventanas aseguradas.
