Morros City is a deluxe condo recently open, where you will be treated as a 5 star hotel. Amazing oceanfront apartments located in the trendy neighborhood of Bocagrande, infinite swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, steam room, conference room, 24/7 security. WIFI, TV, AC.

The apartment will be rented entirely to your group. You will be serviced with one set of linens and at least one towel per guest, fast and reliable WIFI as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you are staying for one day, one week or one month we want to provide the best services for your group.

24/7 Contact with our guests to solve any questions or inconveniences before, during and after your stay. Our goal is to offer the most pleasent stay, for this reason we can guide you in terms of location, leisure and wellness, achieving day by day a direct compromise with our travelers!

1) Each guest must be registered 24 hours before the arrival and must show his Identity or Passport document at the building's entrance.
2) The DocuSign is a mandatory document and must be completed at least 72 hours before the arrival of the guest. DO NOT ENTER ANY GUEST WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENT AND WITHOUT HAVING REVISED PAYMENTS.
3) The entrance of visitors or guests of any type to the property is prohibited, only those who are registered in the reservation.
4) No noises or loud music are allowed after 22:00 hrs.
5)The use of the apartment is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed in the apartment.
6)Any damage caused to the apartment or property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days.
7)In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
8) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the building nor in the apartment, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50. USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
9) It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or items with the security guards in the building.
10) It is forbidden to bring pets of any kind to the property.
11) Sex tourism within the property is totally forbidden.
12) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
13) Every time you leave the apartment, turn off the A/C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
14) Please do not leave the keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $25.0 USD.
15)To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
16) Security in the building is not responsible for any losses inside the apartment, we ask to close both locks well and make sure that the door is locked behind you. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company in the lobby and the elevators.
17) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please give the keys to the local expert. Make sure to let your Local Expert know your Check-Out time and leave the windows & door are secured.
18) Reservations made by groups of single men are not allowed.
19) It is mandatory by building regulations, acquire a handle during the stay at the property. The handle has a rate of 6.000 COP.

*Please keep the noise down especially during weekdays and late at night. $150 USD fine
*Late Check out: Please be advised all checkouts must be done before 11 am otherwise we will have to charge a late check out fee. In some cases, we can grant late check out with no extra charge if we don't have a guest checking in the same day. Fee: $20 USD x hour. Keys replacement: $50 USD.
Extra Cleaning services: $30 USD full day cleaning.
All visitors and guests must be registered and will be a charge.
*Every guest must provide a copy of its passport or valid photo ID.
*As a company, we must collect and remit 19% VAT from each reservation that will be collected upon arrival. Tourists, foreigners, and residents in other countries are exempt from this tax. You must provide a valid passport.

Normas del edificio:

1) Cada huésped debe estar registrado 24 horas antes de la entrada y debe presentar en la portería del edificio su documento de Identidad o Pasaporte a la llegada.
2) El DOCUSIGN es un documento obligatorio y que debe ser diligenciado minimo 72 horas antes de la llegada del huesped. NO INGRESA NINGUN HUESPED SIN ESTE DOCUMENTO Y SIN HABER REVISADO PAGOS.
3) No se aceptan ningún tipo de huéspedes que no estén registrados después de las 22:00 hrs para pasar la noche en el edificio o el apartamento.
4) Está prohibido el ingreso de visitas.
5) No se aceptan ruidos (voces, música...) después de las 22:00 hrs.
6) No está permitido el uso del apartamento para propósitos diferentes al residencial, empresarial o vacacional.
7) Cualquier daño causado a los enseres del apartamento o de la propiedad deberán ser notificados a la compañía que presta el servicio de alquiler y deben ser atendidos y arreglados en menos de 7 días hábiles.
8) En caso de incendio, no utilice el ascensor.
9) Está terminantemente prohibido fumar cualquier tipo de sustancias en las instalaciones del edificio ni en el apartamento, incluido cigarros y tabaco. Esto generara un costo de $150.000 COP.
10) No está permitido dejar ningún tipo de artículos con las personas de seguridad del edificio.
11) Está prohibido traer mascotas de cualquier tipo a la propiedad.
12) El turismo sexual está totalmente prohibido dentro de las propiedades.
13) Los niños deberán ser acompañados por un adulto en todo momento.
14) Cada vez que salga del apartamento, por favor apague las luces, el aire y deje cerrados las ventanas, balcón y el portón de entrada.
15) Por favor, no deje las llaves dentro del apartamento. La puerta quedará bloqueada, impidiendo abrirla desde el exterior. La necesidad de un cerrajero ocasiona un coste extra para usted. Las copias de las llaves tienen un costo de $75.000 pesos colombianos.
16) En beneficio del medio ambiente, rogamos que sea responsable con el consumo de agua y de luz.
17) La seguridad del edificio no se hace responsable por ningún tipo de perdidas dentro del apartamento, pedimos cerrar bien ambas cerraduras y asegurarse de que la puerta quede con llave. Adicionalmente por su seguridad hay cámaras controladas por una empresa privada de seguridad en el lobby del edificio y en los ascensores.
18) La salida es a las 11:00 a.m. Por favor, entregue las llaves al experto local. Asegúrese de informar a su experto local sobre su hora de salida y deje las puertas y ventanas aseguradas.
19) Las reservas hechas para hombres solos no están permitidas, debe ser un grupo mixto.
20) Es obligatorio por normas del edificio, adquirir una manilla durante la estadía en la propiedad. La manilla tiene una tarifa de $6.000 COP.

* Por favor, mantenga el ruido bajo especialmente durante los días de semana y tarde en la noche. Multa de $ 150 USD
* Registro de salida tardío: tenga en cuenta que todos los registros de salida deben realizarse antes de las 11 am, de lo contrario, tendremos que cobrar un cargo por check-out tardío.
