The condo sleeps up to 6 persons in beds. There is also a Pak n' Play provided for an infant. The living room features new leather recliners, a queen sofa bed and a new Samsung 43" SmartTV with DVD library and player. The remodeled kitchen is very well equipped with all the utensils and cookware you will need to prepare meals and entertain. The dining table offers seating for 6 and there is also a granite counter~height bar with additional stool seating for 2 or more. The master is furnished with a luxurious king~size bed, carpet, and a flatscreen tv, and the master bath boasts a beautiful new tile step-in shower with grab safety bars and enhanced lighting. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed and a twin bed, carpet, a flatscreen tv with DVD player, and hall bath with tub. Weekly and nightly guests: You will find all paper goods and detergents provided for the length of your stay, plus extra pillows, towels and sheets, blankets, an iron and ironing board, hairdryers, a Pak n Play crib, a high chair upon request, bath seat, beach chairs, toys & coolers, boogie boards, beach towels, as well as a collection of games and puzzles for some indoor fun. The indoor laundry room features a new washer, dryer and detergents. Free wifi. Keypad door lock for your convenience. Free parking. The Sandcastles complex is one of Cocoa Beach's premier oceanfront properties and one of only 2 condo complexes within walking distance to quaint Downtown Cocoa Beach that permit nightly and weekly rentals. When you arrive, you will be staying in the building to your right (South building). Lot parking is FREE for one or more guest cars at Sandcastles. There is an elevator at the West corner of the building closest to the parking lot. Your Host will provide you with the code for entering the elevator. You will be given a custom code to access the front door's keypad entry--no need to collect or carry a house key. There are 2 common area keys inside the unit to access the pool deck and tennis court. (There is a $100 charge if any of these keys are lost, so please return.) There are also shopping carts inside the 1st floor stairs entrance, which can prove helpful when arriving/departing and for returning from grocery shopping.
This complex offers private beach access just steps from its sparkling heated pool and hot tub, 2 outdoor showers, plentiful free parking, an elevator and garbage shoot convenient to the unit, use of bbq grills, sauna, tennis court, and an on-site manager. Sandcastles is located right on the beach and close to family and fine dining, downtown Cocoa Beach, Publix, nightlife, the post office, mini-golf, zip lines, water adventures, and attractions for the kids, and the fitness center across the street offers discounted day passes to Sandcastles guests. Sandcastles is less than a mile from quaint downtown Cocoa Beach, the Cocoa Beach Pier is 2 miles north and Port Canaveral is about a 20 minute. So convenient to so much!
