This single family home will be all yours during your visit. There is nobody living upstairs or in any space connected to the house. You will enjoy the privacy afforded you by having the house to yourselves.
This is a quintessential 1922 Cleveland Heights historic home filled with the classic touches we all love about old homes. Natural oak woodwork and leaded glass cabinets in the living room and dining room, dining room window seat, original natural wood kitchen cabinets, original 1922 bathroom, natural wood paneled doors, beautiful creaky old oak floors throughout, antique (though rewired) light fixtures, antique wallpaper accents, 9 foot ceilings, many windows and the cross breezes that accompany them, and in the warm weather enjoy the wonderful front porch and bonus second floor porch off the bathroom (that will make you want one at your own home,) quiet, shady yard... and this is just the structure! I have maintained almost all of the original features of the house for an authentic time-mellowed vintage aesthetic.
I have filled the house with antique and classic furniture and art, all with comfort and style in mind (In that order.)
This 1360 square foot house is roomy and perfect for families and extended families. There is plenty of room for group gatherings as well as private areas.
This house is also a nice location for families who have a loved one undergoing medical treatment at the Cleveland Clinic or at University Hospitals. The house is under 4 miles away from UH and 4.5 miles from CCF.
Also, know that Cable TV is available on the living room TV and I have included some premium channels such as HBO, CNN and ESPN. Woot!
You will have the use of the entire house including:
-living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and comfortable seating for the whole family
-dining room with a huge table that will seat 10 fully extended
-full kitchen with full size gas stove and refrigerator, pots/pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, juicer, food processor, slow cooker, spices, coffee, tea and basic staples.
