The home and entire building is designated as a smoke-free community. There will be a $500 fee imposed if you choose to smoke in unit or the building. Please respect our policy and step outside.

A not-so-hidden gem just outside of the downtown area, Wicker Park is a neighborhood famous for live music, nightlife, countless art galleries (check out the Flat Iron Arts Building!), and unique shopping experiences.
If you're a fan of craft cocktails or a coffee connoisseur, this is definitely the place to be. For an unforgettable speak-easy experience, check out The Violet Hour, or hang out at the renowned brewery, Piece. You'll never be bored with the Emporium Arcade Bar just down the street, or hop over to The Den for several choices of live theatre happening all weekend long.
Enjoy alfresco dining at one of the most unique taco joints in the city, Big Star (with people watching galore) or take a walk along the elevated green space which use to be a train line, the 606.
There's so much to explore in this neighborhood–we hope you'll come and see for yourself!
This neighborhood has one of the highest walking-scores in the city. Tons to do and see right outside the door and stretching several city blocks in both directions.
If you do choose to have a car, there is paid street parking during the day and free between the hours of 10p-7a. We suggest downloading the app SpotHero to find discounted spots in the area.
The home is less than a block away from the Division street CTA blue line which will bring you straight into downtown where you can hop off an do some exploring or transfer to another train line at other clearly marked stops along the way.

This is a residential building and ask that for the respect of permanent tenants basic courtesies of being mindful of your noise levels and not congregating in hallways outside of the unit be observed.
Please be advised that this home is equipped with NoiseAware. NoiseAware works like a smoke detector, but for noise. The sensor tracks the decibel levels in this home, evaluates other risk factors and will send an alert if there are excess noise levels detected. Please do not unplug the device.
Receiving a noise complaint from the building or the device can result in the forfeiture of your stay and a $1000 fine.
The home (and entire building including outdoor common areas) is designated as a strictly smoke-free community. There will be a $500 fee imposed if you choose to smoke in the building. Please respect our policy and step outside the vicinity.
The key fob is your way of accessing everything from your short-stay apartment to the amenity spaces in the building. If you happen to lose your key fob, you will be charged $75.
